This restaurant is a good place, although for me it was a rather unusual experience.
Personally, I did not enjoy this part of the experience. Even though the food itself is good, eating from a plastic bag with gloves felt uncomfortable and, to be honest, slightly unpleasant.
The food is seafood-based, inspired by Louisiana and Cajun cuisine, but with a noticeable Asian influence. From a culinary standpoint, the flavors are good, well-seasoned, and carefully prepared.
The restaurant itself is well designed. The decoration is simple, clean, and pleasant, creating a comfortable atmosphere. There are several screens where you can watch hockey, baseball, or other sports, which adds a casual and entertaining touch to the place. The service is good and fast, although at first it can be a bit confusing to understand how the ordering process works if you are not familiar with this style of restaurant.
They offer what they call the “catch of the day,” which can include lobster, crab, shrimp, clams, and other seafood options. These can be combined with different side dishes, a variety of sauces, and several levels of spiciness. This allows you to fully customize your meal, choosing both the flavor profile and the level of heat according to your preference.
What truly surprised me was the way the food is served. They bring you a plastic apron and plastic gloves, and the food arrives sealed inside a plastic bag. You are expected to eat directly with your hands.
I would consider coming back if the same food were served on a plate and could be eaten with proper cutlery.

If you’re a real seafood lover, this place is definitely worth visiting. The food was delicious and very flavorful, and everything tasted fresh.
The restaurant was clean with a nice, welcoming ambiance. The servers were very kind and attentive they kept checking on us regularly, which made the experience even better.
We ordered the Sailor’s Feast with shrimp head, there were only two of us, but the portion was generous, especially the rice, which was honestly enough for about four people.
Overall, great food, good portions, and excellent service. Highly recommended if you’re craving seafood!

This was our first time ordering food here, it was terrible!! Do not waste your money. We spent $220 and did not enjoy the food the sauce was good shrimp was ok but we got the $80 lobster, it was a total waste we couldn’t even eat it because it was straight mush. We will not be going back stick with red lobster. Do not waste money here.

Excellent experience, service and staff were friendly. Bring your appetite you are going to need it. We ordered the matey’s seafood feast,we had garlic and cajan shrimp(not overly spicy for medium heat)husband and I only got through halve of it. The food we received was very good and I’m originally from Vancouver Island, so I am very picky about seafood. I would highly recommend this restaurant. If you do not like food that is a little messy they do have little aprons they call them and gloves to wear. I would recommend this restaurant to any seafood lover.

They didn’t have the lunch special and prices aren’t mentioned on the menu. The Captain’s Boil fried rice was delicious. But the Captain’s Boil sauce was okay. The food can be a bit oily due to the butter and richness of the sauces. Good for a treat once in a while.

Place is easy find, we went during the lunch time so it wasn’t that crowded, service was quick. Place is clean and tidy. Menu wasn’t that hard to navigate.
Portion size were ok but the price wasn’t. Over priced, the Portion size and the price doesn’t match.
It’s frozen Seafood. But taste was good. I would go back, overall I would give it a 6.3/10

We ordered take away for New Year’s Eve dinner. We placed our order ahead of time, and the food was ready the moment we walked in. We got the food home and it was hot, fresh and SO flavourful. It was delicious! I see many people complaining about the price of the food here but seafood is very expensive. We ordered two pounds of king crab and one lobster plus one order of seafood rice. The crab meat was succulent. The lobster was mouthwatering. The rice was outstanding. Even the veggies (broccoli, corn and potatoes) were delicious.

A little busy on Saturday dinner time so we had to wait a bit, but the staff kept checking on us and kept us up to date on wait time. Soon enought we were sat and given the menu’s and an offer to explain the menu and all the options. Our server took our order and really within 10-15 minutes our food was served! As usual super delicious and messy as all get-out! Lol
Staff are great at this location, very helpful, very friendly, and really give off a happy vibe! Will totally do it again.
