Magnolia Fried Rice with Chicken is one of the best chicken fried rice’s I’ve ever had. You can really taste the wok infused flavours! Orange chicken was flavorful, veggies were a great compliment. Calamari had good seasoning but was a little chewy.

Portions for were great for all dishes and the food came out quick. The staff were all very kind and provided service with a smile.

First but definitely not the last time coming here!

We came to Niagara for some quality time with family and were starving when we arrived, so we decided to order Uber Eats from this restaurant after checking the online reviews.

Unfortunately, this was a miss for us. We ordered several dishes, and the Magnolia fried rice was very disappointing — there was either no chicken or the pieces were so tiny I couldn’t tell, and there were only one or two vegetables. It also did not look like the picture at all.

We also ordered the spring roll (which should clearly state it is only one piece), General Tso, Cantonese chow fun beef, and mixed vegetables. We needed hot sauce, which wasn’t included — though to be fair, I should have added a note requesting it.

Overall, we wouldn’t order again. With taxes and fees, the total came to about $90, which did not feel worth it.

We had a wonderful dining experience! The food was flavorful, tasty, and served in generous portions. Prices were very fair for the quality and quantity offered. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, but what really stood out was the friendly and genuine staff who made us feel right at home. A big plus for our family was that they happily served French fries for the kids, which made the little ones just as happy as we were. Overall, excellent customer service and a truly enjoyable visit. We will definitely be coming back! Let’s not forget free parking and lots of space to move around. Again if you want an awesome customer service and most tasty food try this restaurant you will not regret it.

Horrible food!!!! I ordered the lemon chicken beef and green peppers and fried rice… the beef looks Grey and it’s rubbery/fatty doesnt look cooked at all.. poor food quality and poor customer service!!!! tastes horrible .. and I dodnt know I had to do thier job and toss my lemon chicken myself.
I will never order from MAGNOLIAS AGAIN.

Absolutely awful. My son was eating his chow mein and there was a piece of plastic in the noodles!! The serving size of the chicken balls was pitiful. Every other restaurant will fill the box of chicken balls, this box wasn’t event half full. We asked for no shrimp, and there was shrimp in the chow mein, and it smelled so bad. When we called to get some compensation for our horrible meal, the gentleman was super rude and only offered another chow mein! I will never eat here again. See the uploaded photo for the piece of sharp plastic in the food.

The food was genuinely great, really tasty and felt very authentic, which I loved. Unfortunately, the service needs a lot of improvement. We waited about 25 minutes for our main dishes, and when they finally arrived, we had to wait another 15 minutes just for the rice.

Not sure if they were short-staffed or if the kitchen team is new, but the delays definitely affected the experience.

I’m giving it a 3 for now, but I’m open to giving a higher rating on my next visit if things improve, because the food itself is absolutely worth it.

First time dining here and we most definitely will. To begin with, we arrived to great and available parking, and entered a very clean facility. Greeted by “the Buddha” perched on the reception counter and very friendly and welcoming staff. Our large lunch party was promptly seated, handed the menu and beverage of choice. Our order was ready within a few minutes and it was exquisitely presented and absolutely delicious. Everything was perfectly prepared and very generous portions, will definitely return for another great experience. So if you’re looking for a perfect dining experience, delicious food and fair prices, the Magnolia is where you want to go. Enjoy!

We ordered food for takeout on a Friday night, we’ve been at Magnolia’s many times and we’ve never had any bad experiences with the food before, but this last time disappointed us so much, we will never be going back to this restaurant. I acknowledge it was very busy, the staff was friendly, but the food was not good. We ordered chicken balls, which were soggy, chicken fried rice and it was very burnt, the chicken curry that is advertised as spicy was watered down bland and no spice at all, and the egg rolls were bland. The beef and broccoli was the only dish that did not disappoint us. We truly regret it considering the price we paid.

I’m sad to say that the quality has gone downhill. I’m not sure if they have made recent changes, but the rice is different, as was the kung pao chicken. We tossed the chicken balls and the egg rolls, because they were undercooked. Definitely disappointed. 🙁

The portions are very generous definitely large enough to share. Keep in mind that the rice is served separately, which is good to know when ordering. The staff did seem a bit rushed, likely due to the 6:00pm dinner rush, but overall, the service was decent.
