The gentleman here behind the counter is so kind. The lady at the register is so nice. The overall atmosphere here is such a nice one. The food was perfect and it only took a couple min to prepare. The lobster bisque soup here is so delicious and the meatballs and gigantic. ✌️

I ordered delivery and everything exceeded my expectations. I had pasta with red sauce and pesto: so good, huge portion. The spinach and artichoke pocket was so delicious, though slightly overpriced for the size. Meatball pocket was also quite small but packed with flavor. Spicy ranch was a good addition as well! I loved it and will be returning.

Just experienced such an incredible customer service at the this location!! It was my mom and I first time ever trying this restaurant and Miguel was beyond kind and helpful. ♡ Reg Carbonara Pasta with crispy chicken. 8/10!
I’m very picky when it comes to pasta because I always believed it’s much better and cheaper to make it at home. However, I decided to try out this carbonara pasta, and it definitely surprised me with how good it was. I also added roasted broccoli, and I thought the toppings were very generous. Yeah, this was great!
♡ Cup of Lobster Bisque. 10/10!
I’ve never had lobster bisque before, but this was SO flavorful and delicious. Upon first taste, I was instantly hit with an explosion of shrimpy/seafoody goodness, and then it mellows down to a nice buttery aftertaste. Sorry, it’s a bit hard to describe, but just know that the taste and consistency is amazing. Also, this soup is better to eat in the same day. I tried to save it as a leftover, and I personally don’t think it reheats well because it loses its thick consistency.
♡ The Farmer’s Market Salad with grilled chicken. 8/10!
Honestly, the only reason why I ordered this salad was because of the strawberries. However, when I came home to check my bowl, it seem like they forgot the strawberries which disappointed me. Besides that, I thought the salad was very delicious and filling. My favorite topping were the glazed pecans.
♡ Passionada Fresca. 7/10!
This is a really pretty drink! It was refreshing alongside my meal. However, I think I would’ve preferred if it was more passion-fruit/coconut forward while having the lime taste be more subtle.

FINAL VERDICT:
I really enjoyed all of the food I ordered especially the lobster bisque. I do think that the food can be a bit pricy though because there are additional charges with adding meat, atleast when you order online. Either way, I’d come back specifically for that lobster bisque!

Today for lunch I was undecided about what to order for lunch but I asked Miguel what I should have. He talked me in to his favorite wrap and boy was it delicious. He asked me if I wanted it spicy but I told him I trusted him. He was so friendly and the customer service was top notch. When we checked out he comped our meal. I was very appreciative. Piada is fast, tasty, and predictable in a good way. The wraps are the best thing there—crispy, filling, and not messy. Portion sizes are generous, prices are fair, and it usually hits when you just want something warm and easy. Not amazing, not terrible—just a solid, reliable lunch spot.
