Went through the drive-thru at around 12:10ish on 1/7/2026. I ordered a vanilla frosty and a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe. I received my food, drove off, and turned around minutes later because there was no cheese in the cheeseburger. Mistakes happen, I was fine, until the BOH female grabbed the food with a horrible attitude, like if it was me who made the mistake. She had a duck face. I received no apology for HER mistake. This happened at around 12:19-12:20am. Someone needs to address her poor customer service skills.

Food cold, overpriced and can’t get an order correct. Many staff issues and machines being broken. It is really slow and food is never ready and they don’t have much of what’s on the menu. This place is horrible never go here.
