It’s been a while since we’ve been to Applebees so we were excited to visit. Unfortunately we were underwhelmed. It was around 8:30 pm a Friday night so it wasn’t overly busy. I was excited to try the new Oh My Cheese burger. The food took forever to come out considering the restaurant wasn’t busy. When I finally got my meal it appeared to me that it had been sitting for a bit. The fries were just warm and the liquid cheese was dried up. My burger was stuck to the sizzlin plate. I could have sent it back but I was so hungry I just ate it. My wife had the trio of apps and said it was just ok. It wasn’t worth the $30 we paid but oh well. There was a big sign at the exit to leave feedback take a card but that was empty. The visit was just disappointing.

The food was good. It was served hot and tasted as it was described on the menu. Our server was great. I was with a group of women and he got our orders correct and kept on top of drink refills. It’s a chain restaurant: the atmosphere was nice. It was quiet enough to chat.

I was pleasantly surprised with the take take out order I put in Saturday night at about 1030pm. First off, the order was accurate nothing was missing, secondly the food was really GOOD! Lastly, i put this order in late they don’t close until 12am but it was still good. I hadn’t eaten here in years because the last time I had been the food tasted terrible. Great job Applebee’s. I’ll definitely be back!

Good food, and great service and plenty of room for our group dinner. We had several servers who were helping out but one main who was fantastic. Drinks were brought promptly, food came out as quickly as the kitchen prepared it and everyone was happy. I ordered some chicken tortilla soup to start and then a burger with fries. Both were prepared to order, and both came out hot and delicious. And then opted to order this chocolate dessert with ice cream and it also came out quickly and was delicious. I hadn’t been to an Applebee’s in years and this was my first time to this location and I’m looking forward to the next time I come back here. Highly recommend and I can’t say enough about how great this team was helping out our group.

Sharoya? I’m sorry for not remembering, but it was absolutely amazing! She was due to get off when we came in. She didn’t seem to mind and never missed a step. Drinks were always full. She was on top of the whole dinner. I let her know how much we appreciated her. Super friendly, and her customer service was top-notch!

Don’t go often, did this 1 for lunch which was delicious, fresh & hot, despite 2 groups of 20 people + plus others. Plenty of help saved the day. Food out in 10 min, 1st orders ahead of big tables.
