Terrible customer service. TERRIBLE! ordered $200 order of phillys about 7:30 for pick up at 9:30. Got to location just to be told they don’t have the meat for the cheesesteaks. WHAT? So, you asked for 2 forms of contact when I ordered and no one could inform me of this in 2 hours? No manager, had to call her and she just decided that I was being rude when asked these questions and she wasn’t going to make them. Will never order from this place again. Their excuse for not contacting me was “we thought it was a door dash order”. So you were just going to let the door dasher show up and have them handle this information to the customer too? I ordered thru their website, not door dash.
