Great location. We went here after school to get burgers and ice cream, we had a hot weather. We got there and there were very few cars parked waiting for service. “This isn’t the first time this has happened. I always call an hour in advance so my food is ready when I arrive. I even get the text saying it’s ready, but when I get there, I’m still made to wait 15–20 minutes while being told it’s not actually ready. I went on Thursday around 3:40 pm and ordered a combo #1. When they brought it and they took my card to charge it I open the burger to reveal no beef patty in it!!!
The lady server came back to give me the card and I tell her and she doesn’t react to what I told her about my burger she just rudely ask for the receipt and take a the burger back inside and I tell to her just give a refund. I don’t what them to spit in my burger of they bring me one again. I mean you got one job to do a burger and no apologies from the employees nada!

Extremely disappointed. I’m currently pregnant and had a strong craving for the munchers. When I finally got them, they tasted like plain mashed potatoes—no flavor at all. I’m not usually one to complain, and yes, I get that pregnancy can make things taste different, but even my husband tried them and agreed they were completely bland.
I called hoping they’d make it right or at least offer to remake the order, but all I got was, “Awh, I’m sorry.” That’s it. No effort to fix the issue or make it better.
It’s frustrating when you’re already dealing with cravings and disappointment, and then customer service doesn’t even try to make it right. Super let down.
