TL;DR: If you question a price difference or ask them to confirm how your order is rung up, expect attitude at 8:30 in the morning.

I originally planned to place a mobile order, but I didn’t have the 10–15 minutes required for pickup. Instead, I read my order from the app at the drive-thru: a sausage & egg biscuit with a small drink, and I asked them to add a scoop of hashbrown casserole on the biscuit as a topping, which the app allows.

The employee repeated it as “a side of casserole,” so I clarified that I wanted it **on the biscuit, not as a separate side**. She said she understood, but the total she gave me didn’t match the price I was seeing in the app in my phone.

When I got to the window, I asked the old lady if they could read my order back since the price seemed different. As soon as I said that, she rolled her eyes, leaned back with her arms crossed, and loudly said the system was charging me “the cheapest way,” because it was rung up as a biscuit with a drink **and a side** of hashbrown casserole.

I explained that I had asked for it **as a topping**, which the app shows as $1.30 not as a side. She responded that the side costs $3.89 before tax and asked for payment, acting like the mistake was my fault and skipping over what i had just said about the price difference and how i wanted my order to be made.

At that point I asked them to just remove the casserole from the order. Even then, there was more eye-rolling while the order was changed.

I’m sorry, I didnt know it was such an inconvenience to explain the price difference or different ways to ring up my food, considering that I had clearly stated how I wanted it rung up with overall was the cheapest way, AS A TOPPING.

And hey, if it wasn’t an option why wasn’t I told or explained in a better way?

I chose a different biscuit to confirm after I left, but on the screenshot you can clearly see how I rung it up through their app, as a topping and it is +$1.30 and then as a whole separate side as $3.89

Stopped in at Biscuitville on Huffman Mill Road in Burlington, NC and had a great experience. We ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with hashbrowns and two drinks. The service was quick, and everything came out hot and fresh. The biscuit was fluffy, the bacon perfectly cooked, and the hashbrowns were crispy and delicious. Overall, a simple but satisfying meal with friendly service. Definitely a spot worth visiting for

My family and I took a Vacation and drove by this restaurant on our way to our air bnb. We saw the parking lot was packed, the driver through was full, and we could see through the windows there was alot of people inside, so we agreed we would order food from their in the morning as it appeared to be a breakfast spot.

The next morning, the family placed an order. We ordered chicken biscuit meals, pancakes, eggs, coffee, etc… the usual breakfast stuff. I go to pick the food up and as soon as I walked inside, I knew this food was gonna bomb… it felt like I was in a repurposed McDonalds.

I returned home and we all dug in. The entire family from 9 years old to the adults had the same consensus. THIS WAS BY FAR THE MOST FLAVORLESS, MOST BASIC, UNSEASONED FOOD WE HAD EVER HAD! The chicken biscuits tried their best to choke us out. The pancakes tasted like their only ingredients was flour and water. The eggs had no flavor at all. Like we were eating the physical representation of air and water. The iced Coffee seemed to go over well.

The restaurant was clean and condiments were labeled and easy to find. The to-go rack was clean and not covered with old foods from past orders. You had to pour your own coffee for to-go orders, but all the other drinks were filled in the cups in the cupholder.

If seasoning isn’t a big deal to you and you’re ok with lack of flavor, look no further, you’ve found your breakfast home!

My husband & I are basically regular customers here. Today, we went & ordered 2 biscuits & got all the way home in Elon & whoever made our food is just super lazy. The sausage is burnt to a crisp, but the egg is raw in the middle. This has been happening more than it should & I just don’t get it. I’m tired of having to drive back to return it or call & complain. It’s a simple biscuit to make, yet somehow they never can make it right. Sad that people will spend their money here & it’s never right

Amazing Southern breakfast place. Oh my goodness, can still feel the taste of those flaky yet soft biscuits. Ordered a bud hot sandwich with eggs in between, and hash browns. The drive through lines are long and moving but the line inside is equally long yet serviced fast.

If you are up for some biscuits, and a quick southern breakfast, this is the place !

Save yourself the trip and go to the Bojangles location that is very close by. Our two biscuits were dry and the cheese grits were crusty. Biscuit is in their name! Their biscuits should be amazing.

I order 14 to 20 biscuits for visitors breakfast at my work. They are fast and have always made the order correctly.
Quality is very good. I like Biscuitville better than Chic Fil A, for price and size of the sandwiches. The biscuits are always fresh.
