The staff at buffalo wild wings was absolutely amazing!!! After trying to call to let them know that we were a party of 20 that would be coming for a birthday celebration. When we arrived, they took a very short time (less than 5 minutes) to move a couple of tables before seating us. Our server was beyond amazing. I gave the service 5 stars because 10 is not available. With out missing an order. The drink orders were quickly delivered. The appetizer orders were also very quickly delivered. And then the meal, which took a few minutes longer. But again, we were a party of 20. A few in our group ordered the hamburgers, which, according to each of them were absolutely wonderful. The wings were extremely good, but anything less would be a fail. Overall I would highly recommend this BWW.

I have been to this location at least three times since moving to Roanoke and it is one of our family’s favorite. Service is always great, food comes out delicious and atmosphere is clean and fun. We especially enjoyed celebrating the end of our little league season here. Thankful we have a Buffalo Wild Wings here!

Today is Tuesday, and it’s Bogo Day!! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant wasn’t too packed. Plenty of parking. The food came out quick! Super quick. Come out bring the family for bogo Tuesday. Look on your buffalo wild wings app you will see it under awards.Enjoy!

Very disappointed in service. Ordered boneless wings from lunch menu, wasn’t advised that if we declined the French fries with the lunch menu we wouldn’t get that pricing. We didn’t want to waste food we wouldn’t eat. Thus costing an additional $30 to our meal for 4 people. When asked server she said it was because we didn’t take the fries and it how the system puts it in. She could try to add fries after the fact but it would put the lunch order in again.
Although food was great, server should have advised that we wouldn’t be eligible got the $11 lunch promo vs the 14.99 regular menu.

Although I am a fan of their parmesan garlic wings sauce, there isn’t anything spectacular about the wings they serve. Everything else on the menu is just what you’d expect to find here and all taste like decent bar food. But hey, with cheap prices and a wide selection of beers on tap, you cannot really complain. I find myself frequenting this place whenever I am in the Roanoke area and have not had any of the bad service people are taking about, either because I don’t notice it or I’m already drinking and I don’t care. C’mon this isn’t a fancy steakhouse or something! Also recently they opened up another bar area which helps declutter some of the restaurant’s main bar area. Whenever I feel like kicking back, grabbing a few beverages, and watching a game or two, BWW is always a safe bet in my book.

We ordered 20 wings and all of them were so overcooked that there was barely any edible meat left on them. Unfortunatly I was pulling off pieces that were hard as rock and impossible to eat.. It took us 10 minutes to get home and our fries were stale but still warm… Not worth it at all.

Im not usually one to write reviews unless im absolutely awed or im absolutely disappointed. Tonight was an absolute disappointment. I usually like coming here when I’m willing to spend the extra money, but I don’t think I’ve came here on a Monday before and maybe that’s the problem becaaause… My wings were trash, so overcooked they were half the size as normal, my boyfriends Philly meat was overcooked, I don’t know how they even thought to serve it to him, it was CHARRED. And even the fries were too hard bro! Our waitress made it right but… I wouldn’t come in on a Monday night if I were you.

This time, it was a big one — they left out the large fries entirely.
I was hoping maybe this time would be different… but I never imagined they’d skip the fries altogether.
It happens so often that I’m starting to suspect it might even be intentional.

I was disappointed when we got our food here last night. I can look past the not so great service considering they were busy and short staffed (like everyone else), but how does that justify not checking the food before it leaves the kitchen? After waiting a hot minute for our food our wings came out with hardly any sauce on them (see pic). We even asked for EXTRA sauce to begin with. When our server finally came back around to check on us (someone else brought us our food) we asked for extra of every single sauce as there’s like nothing on our wings. She was nice and got it for us fairly quickly. Again, I can look past the not so great service considering the world these days, but it’s super disappointing to see such lack in quality.
