Ramsay Geha
We went for my daughter’s 14th birthday. She likes Hibachi and wanted to try a new restaurant.
Pros:
Large portion sizes
High energy and entertaining chef
Immediate seating on a Saturday (6:15pm)
Cons:
Chicken breast was full of gristle
Three tap beers are featured on the menu. None were available.
Reasons I won’t go back:
1) I mentioned to the host that we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. He wished her a happy birthday and asked which of the dessert choices she wanted. Mid-way through the dinner, the host and a manager brought a drum out and sang happy birthday. Very nice… until I saw they charged me for the cheesecake. I asked if it was a mistake and the waiter assured me that they charge for the birthday treat ($7). Money aside, I have never been anywhere for a birthday dinner where I was charged for the cake/ice cream. Very odd.
2) We drove 45 minutes to get to Bamboo. If you’re in the neighborhood, it’s probably worth going. Given the opportunity to do it again, I would have stopped at one of the other restaurants along the way.

I wish I could give them a better rating. The guys were fun, they were nice, and they took decent care of me at the bar. A little inappropriate for my taste, but I happened to be a little intoxicated that night, so it was kind of funny.
However, if my girlfriend had been there, it wouldn’t have been acceptable whatsoever. I won’t say this directly, but you know—that wasn’t factored into the tip we left and other things. I feel like we were charged for weird stuff, but it’s fine.
The food was relatively great—no real qualms about it, and it was plentiful at that. Just a weird experience. Like I said, if I hadn’t been in a good mood, it could have gone south fast, and I probably would have been in a really bad mood after dealing with that place.
That said, I left feeling comfortable. I don’t want to give anybody a bad review—there was no single person who was bad, just an odd experience overall. I was a little bothered by the fact that I had to come back and get the fortune cookies. Clearly, that’s one of the basics, and I always say—stick to the basics.

I’m a big Hibachi fan and this is the best in town. The vegetables weren’t overcooked and everything had great flavor. Ordered Teriyaki Chicken and it was cooked to perfection. Best of all, the teriyaki complemented to food and wasn’t drowned in it like most places.
The miso soup and salad were nothing special, but the main course blew me away.
The chef’s presentations were unique and not like every other restaurant.
One chef’s finale was to light his hat on fire as he left the grill. Impressive!
I’ll definitely be back.

This place was awesome. They have hibachi tables and regular tables. After being seated, they take your drink orders, then your menu selection(s). After a bit, the chef comes…and the show begins. Our chef was hilarious and made everything to order. Afterwards, he scrubbed and cleaned the griddle. I plan on returning with my daughter. I think she’d love it.

We were a party of six. We were promptly seated at a table. The young lady that served us was spot on, prompt, and helpful. We all had Hibachi dinners (kitchen). I had the Fried Calamari, which was great. It was delicious and prepared perfectly. The foods was delicious and plentiful. This was an excellent meal and experience.

I had sushi and they came pretty fast. It was good for the price. My husband had hibachi so we had to sit with other strangers which I don’t like. We waited for the chef to come cook us food for at least 30 minutes (I almost finished my sushi before my husband got his food). Chef was super friendly and professional. He said they were understaffed, that’s why we had waited for a long time. Hibachi (he had chicken and shrimp) was okay. Maybe we will go back there for another try.

Took the entire family out, chose this place and chose right! Our chef Mr. Hao was amazing! He had the entire table rolling with laughter and he put on one hell of a show! The experience on its own was 10/10! The food was perfect! Definitely on the pricier end for cost but I feel like we got our money’s worth! Everyone left with thier bellies full and a huge smile on thier face!

Nice place for a nice dinner. They were busy, but not too crowded on a Sunday night. Several birthday hibachi groups that were being well entertained by the chefs. Typical clanging and fire performance. Sat in the dining area for a more private dinner. Service was blazing fast. I was genuinely surprised at how fast our dishes arrived. The sashimi was excellent. Fresh and cut proportionally perfect. The roll I had was good as well. The teriyaki chicken was flavorful and everything that was served hot, was hot! Great service, good food. Will definitely return.
