We celebrated my daughters 19th birthday dinner here tonight. The food came out perfect and everything was delicious. The service was great and as prompt as it could be for a table of 11. The staff sang happy birthday and brought out a nice size lava cake.

We ordered “to go” from this Chili’s tonight about 530pm, under my husband’s name (Mark S.) It was a special treat because my daughter wanted the 3 for me cheeseburger and my husband wanted the skillet queso. We ordered a chips and salsa, (3) 3 for me meals and on one of them I substituted the salad with dip trio. All 3 dips as SKILLET QUESO. I double checked my receipt and I checked the quantity in the parking lot before I left. I got home, during rush hour, in Lithia. We opened the skillet queso and it was not what we ordered. It was some spicy crap. I checked that I didn’t misorder. I did not.
I called the store and got a manager “Nicole” who insisted that we did not order any queso. Only the 3 for $10.99. I am so frustrated. Like I got time to lie about this. My husband and daughter were excited about this product. I took a bite of the product you provided and almost threw up. I literally spit it in the trash. I don’t think we’ll be back to Chili’s again. Now I have a big bag of chips and no dip. 🙁

We have a big party along with another big party that was before us and I was decently surprised on how fast they brought the food out. The my got some drinks and food mixed up but honestly it was not a big deal, they quickly resolved it. Everyone got what they wanted and we have a fun relaxing time.

Another Chili’s, another fine experience. It’s located in an isolated plaza and parking can be limited, but it’s good. This place can be a little noisier than other locations so please be aware of that. The service was better than most locations and is attentive.
The food was pretty good, and the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas always slaps. I also liked the burger sliders they have. Overall, you’ll have a good experience here.

We greatly enjoyed our delicious Fajitas for Two today. Fonz took excellent care of us. Each ingredient was properly prepared and served fresh at the right temperature. The meal was quite flavorful and not too spicy.
Chili’s has good hours, a decent playlist, and adequate parking – although Whole Foods is using a portion of the parking lot to store construction materials.
Until the Whole Foods Market opens and a new traffic light is installed, it is most prudent to exit the plaza with a right turn.

I brought my family here on 1/21/26. I had four kids, now if you don’t know about having kids, let me explain. If you have one kid, it feels like one kid, two kids feels like two kids, I have four kids and it’s basically like 15 kids, it’s a field trip! Ari took care of my family and I and she was so attentive and understanding and my entire family was happy. We ordered, chips and salsa, triple dipper, bacon cheeseburger, boneless wings, mini burgers, rack of ribs with lots of sides, 2 beers, 4 drinks, and a round of waters. Everything went smoothly, and if you have a family with four kids, that’s a huge feat! A successful family dinner was had here! Thank you again Ari for taking care of us!

Had not been here in awhile, but menu and food caliber has really changed for the better in the last week. Ribs are delicious with generous portions. All diners loved their selections in our party. Table visits and friendliness had improved from last visit. Pricing is high, but not much different from same size restaurants . Great job Chili’s

My wife has found a new burger joint. They make the burger just like she likes it. It comes out fast; in fact, we were there one time when we put our order in for our drinks and meal at the same time, and by the time you got done putting in our meal order the drink order was already at the table. Not very long after that our meal arrived. We always like to order a burger… Quick and easy, and simple. The burgers come out extra juicy, and they are not hockey pucks. I’ve never had one that was overcooked – most times they come out medium.
You do have to watch the parking lot as you come in there are two entrances to the parking lot, the one nearest the bank is the most convenient.
