People are nice..I wanted set inside and eat. Restaurant smells like sewage. Someone hasn’t cleared out the grease trap or they have other issues. Open the doors jack.. vent that nasty place.. can’t purchase food from a place that smells like that.

Ms.Viri helped me out by taking my order correctly and offering great customer service; when I get my breakfast sandwich I add mayo and a lot of the times other locations forget to add it to my breakfast sandwich. Not this one! My hash brown was hot and crispy, my supreme croissant was delicious until the last bite! The atmosphere inside was great, very clean and this is starting to become my new favorite jack in the box Arlington location.

My son wanted to try the new Boba Milk Tea. Unlike many dedicated Boba tea shops, you don’t have options to choose ice and sugar levels. The milk tea tasted fine, but it’s very sweet. The Boba was hard and chewy. I recommend going to an actual boba tea shop for your boba drink.

I am a frequent visitor, even more so on uber eats ordering from this location.. tonight i received my order (after having to call and chase down my uber driver bc he didn’t deliver to the right apartment. Nonetheless i got my food, not Jack’s fault.. but as I’m eating my food.. i realize my spicy chicken sandwich tastes like chemicals. Very strong, chemicals.. very disappointed considering i dont have a car at the moment to get different food. This needs to be fixed.

I came to this place to place some order but the cashier, Patrica, who was also taking care of the order was not familiar with the customer services. I placed an order and as soon as I reached to the window she got scared or I don’t know what happened but she was paying attention to close the door as soon as she could. I was tryna talk with her but she was not listening to me and was focusing on closing the drive thru window all th time. This was the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I ain’t gonna come back to this place again. They were even worse than McDonald’s. Next time I would rather go to McDonald’s than going onto this place. I’m giving two stars just because food was good.
