Frankly, this McDonalds is a dissappintment. They cheat you out of the app discount code. The sweet tea is consistently terrible. They need to get someone from the North Memorial McDs near Peadens to come ASAP to teach this place how to make decent tea. Would highly recommend going to a different location.

I was in mcdonald’s and I wanted a chicken sandwich with plain mustard and pickles.First time it came with mayonnaise on it nurtured to mayonnaise.Second time it came with mayonnaise and tomato third time it came with the chicken and the bread. While standing there something fell off of one of their machines. That they used to service the customers with and the only way to pick it up off the floor and put it back on top of the cappuccino machine. And I said to her, you probably should have washed it off and she stayed him. It fell on the other side and she flipped it over demonstrating it and deleted touched the top of the cappuccino machine. I said that doesn’t matter. It hit the floor you should have washed out seeing stated again. It fell on the other side. And what difference does it make to you? I’ve said because your shoe kicked it by mistake. And that is making it extra nasty. Then, she said, again, what is it to you? It doesn’t matter. I said yes, it does matter. Then, she raced her voice and said it doesn’t matter. And I raised my voice a little bit, and said, it does matter. And then one of the other employees. I tried to make a statement into that’s when the manager told them to go to the back because she was standing right there, looking at them.

When you tell a customer to pull forward, please don’t forget you told them to pull forward. After 10 cars went around me—even though I had a mobile order—I finally got out of my car to go inside because I wasn’t sure anyone remembered I was still waiting. Good thing I did, because they had forgotten.
The young man at the window was shocked my food hadn’t been brought out yet. If you’re going to be a shift “manager” at a fast-food restaurant, having a decent memory and paying attention to your customers is kind of important. ♀️

Went there 1st thing this morning and waited in drive thru for some minutes for my order to be wrong how do a sausage egg mcgriddle come on a regular hamburger bun I don’t know when the 2 looks nothing alike. And they had nerve to give me a cold hashbrown on top of that and of course no one answers the phone when I tried to call them.

Served two Chips Ahoy frappes, almost $10. The volume was the least of any I have ever gotten before and nothing like the advertisement. Even with the whipped cream, it barely made it top of the plastic container, when they showed me the line they were to fill with frappe, even the whip cream started below that. They took them back and about ten minutes later brought us out something frappe, it had caramel across the top not the ground the chocolate. I know all the prices are getting high, but…it is no longer worth it for me. I think we’re done with McDonalds. $10, for that, and the poor customer service? It is not worth it!

I visited this McDonald’s a while back and have reported multiple issues with other locations but nothing has been addressed. I do not recommend this location.
The buns had numerous brown spots—either oil scorch marks or possible mold.
Across North Carolina, I’ve noticed a weird pattern: many receipts printed with the number 13.
I support the current statewide boycott of McDonald’s (June 24–30), initiated by The People’s Union USA to protest corporate practices and DEI rollbacks
These quality and service issues need to be resolved.

I guess I should have rated it five star because the ice cream machine was working LOL, love to share a sweet treat with my son ! My cone was erratic but his cone was almost perfect, and that made the night alright

Went to drive – thru on July 1, 2024. Had a code for Big Mac- asked for it with NO LETTUCE. The picture will show the Big Mac I received.. Disappointed – can you not read & get an order right?? Especially when I had to pull up and wait & was only customer in drive- thru.

I would go in to order your food. I was in the drive thru and when I reviewed the food it was in a bag with handles. I grabbed it on the handles and the bag broke. The woman made it out like it was my fault. I had to wait approx. 15 minutes to receive new food
