Apparently this is what you get when you order a bacon quarter pounder with cheese and add lettuce. In what world is this acceptable to send out to people? Nothing screams “I hate my job and I don’t care” more than this. Train your employees better.

You have cops running the store bulling customers .
I had made 2 orders and this is the 3 rd time cops have harresed the homeless.I do understand how security is needed .But on this day I guy had bought his meals .and ice coffee .I seen his insulin pen in his pocket head and cold out .I imagine his sugar was low
Before the gang of 6 cops and 1 behind the counter .
The cop did not ask him of any medical condition at As the cop started smiling as he
Started treating him I said he was diabetic he said stay out of it .

They don’t open now until 9am for the lobby now. The management team doesn’t like the homeless people who are coming in there to just warm up during the early mornings. Some of the less fortunate ppl try to buy something when they enter the lobby and then there’s the ones who doesn’t have any money. You can tell witch one’s they are because right on the 30min mark after walking inside McDonald’s the shift Supervisor or the manager is making them leave right away. As cold as it’s been I would think , or I’d like to see more caring for one another in Huntington. I personally just had a close friend freeze to death down by the river literally 5 blocks away from McDonald’s. ((RIP Aaron.!!.)). Some of the workers are just down right rude to some of the customers.

The meat wasn’t the freshest, and overall out of the 3 McDonald’s in the local area that I went to, this one was the worst. If you want McDonald’s, go to the one in Proctorville. Only good thing I got out of this location was some nice small talk from the cashier.

I try this place for lunch about once a month. It’s ALWAYS a disaster. There is a lady that works the window that is forever telling me what mistakes I made. “Well you should have said this” or “I don’t have your order you must have sent it to the wrong store oh wait here it”. Today she rolled her eyes just can’t.

I left this city in 2014 and have only been back 3 days now. Today was my first time ever visiting this McDonald’s location. I got a $5 McDouble meal. Not only was my food hot and fresh, but the lady cashier who took my order (#30 Dine-in @ 1:44 pm) was nothing short of kind, professional and accommodating.

This place is something else… They have the rudest managers, except for 1. I don’t know her name, but she got different color hair, she is super sweet and just seems really cool. Now these other managers are mean, and they will talk nasty about the customer as soon as they leave. I sat down, and a manger came up and said I was sitting there for 40min, without purchasing any food, I said I just walk in and proceeded to argue with me, and then got mad bc she went and checked the cameras and saw that I just sat down, I could hear her cussing me.. extremely rude managers, food is tossed halfway together.. don’t waste ur time or money here.. trust me
