First time at Wendy’s. We are from the UK and have obviously heard about Wendy’s – it’s definitely better than McDonald’s but the one we went to in Boston was a bit ran down. The service was lovely, very polite, and the food was canny but didn’t amaze me.

Its a Wendy’s it’s fine they got everything a Wendy’s is supposed to serve. More of a takeout place but they have a dining and seating area upstairs mostly. Staff has always been helpful and never given me any trouble

Best fast food restaurant of all hands down. Great burgers, chili, baked potato, and the classic Frosty. Prices are reasonable. The service was fast and friendly. Good location, but the atmosphere is average.

Second floor seating with elevated children’s seats. Good food at good prices. Staff were also very friendly to us. My kid loved looking out the second floor window. Ended up going here after leaving the Five Guys across the street (employee there was literally screaming about her co-workers and we decided to go elsewhere), and I’m very happy we did.

Food was okay, but I expected better upon hearing about Wendy’s. As for the prices, they’re good so that’s a bonus. Customer service is what you’d expect, but no glaring issues. A decent enough place.

When the upstairs seating area is open it’s pretty nice to sit and dine in but when it is not there really isn’t any seating and it is quite crowded. It was almost $30 for 2 adult meals but they tasted good and were made quickly. They took our order fast and had a good variety to choose from. I will say if you’re vegetarian this isn’t the best place to eat. Their new Frostys are good as well. They do have value meal deals that are a good price considering the location. Just expect to pay more than most Wendy’s because of the area.

Ordered a couple of double cheese burgers and fries- Root beer and a Diet coke. Really enjoyed my burger nice flavour. Fries were warm, diet coke got poured away- don’t know why but I find that soda drinks taste different than back in the UK
