This is easily and consistently the worst run fast food place Ive ever encountered….its as dark as can be at night….all the lights in the lot and on the building are either off or out, they are always either out of items or their equipment is broken or down. Its a complete disaster and always has been for the last 12 years Ive lived in the neighborhood

After posting the below review, finally a manager came to tell me that she’s been working since 6AM so due to this emergency she is closing this Wendy’s location early tonight. Perhaps this Wendy’s needs to hire more people? Now there is only 30min left before any nearby Wendy’s locations closes so if I was communicated with earlier I wouldn’t need to be rushing in this rainy weather. Hopefully this manager gets some sleep.
Please note I saw at least 3 different women working here. Unfortunately the customer I was picking this up for wasn’t able to get their order, and due to the lack of communication at this location, the next customer I was delivering for was not able to get her order on time at a different restaurant either. Which means I drove to this city for absolutely no reason and lost money in doing so, instead of the two tips I was going to earn. This is my way of making a living, so it’s truly upsetting that 3 different people suffered consequences because not a single woman at this location was able to open a window and simply speak.

Unfortunately I didn’t catch her on video.. There’s a heavier woman working here who I assume is acting as the manager at this Wendy’s location. It’s an hour before Wendy’s closes (11pm) and I have been waiting at the window for about 20min now.. after I beeped my car she looked at me and smiled. I’m hearing I think a television in the back? I’m not sure what’s going on and I haven’t been communicated with so I don’t know if this Wendy’s closes early or not..

There taco salad was way below standard. I use to go there just for THAT salad with a friend of mine, after we shopped that day. . We won’t be going anymore. Your nachos before, nice size bag and they were good. Now they are a tiny couple of something. Not many and taste awful. We use to get a pouch of sour cream. Not now. Snall dab. We use to get a cup of chili to add as we chose. Now a small spoonful of chili. A very small amount of lettuce. At a whopping price of $8.00 . This was in Venice Fla.. I was still hungry after eating the small salad. So disapointing.

Dining room always closed here. They recently added a kiosk up front wich they pushed us and all the customers to use. Then informed me after order placed they were out of items ordered… could have told me that if you had someone on front register before order was placed.
Waited 20 mins for our food and then got home to enjoy it only to find an almost full beef patty in my chilli. I know they make the chilli with old meat but come on guys… have a little pride in the food you serve.

The food was good. But I am giving a low rating because the customer service was terrible!! They all acted like they hated their lives being there and were so rude in the drive thru. If you hate your job so much, go find another one. Don’t take it out on the customers. I was there 07/30/2022 at about 11:15 am

Cold food and messed up an order of nuggets. Wanted regular and they gave half spicy like they didn’t want to cook more just gave what was already there. Employees not wearing masks and the ones working were not very pleasant. Seems like they are just there to get paid to hang out. We got 4 frosties. The vanilla ones were fine but the chocolate were just liquid and foaming on the top. I see why McDonald’s is always busy and I hardly see anyone here.
