Came here by recommendation of a local and im sad to say it really wasn’t the best food at all. The cheese had a weird taste which made the whole slice taste bitter. They took long bringing out our order, once they brought the pizza they had forgotten about the pasta. We waited around 1 hr and 30 minutes so we had to walk out without getting our pasta!

This used to be a fun place to eat in the old market. Now there are no servers, you order at the counter where all of the staff look bothered that you’re there. The pizza was ok, nothing special and a little undercooked and not very flavorful. They didn’t have any hot sauce and I had to go get my own salad and pizza from the counter. No one came to our table once, and it was just dreary and empty in there. Very overpriced for the weak food and atmosphere.

Unfortunately it was a very sad dining experience. Our fountain drinks were mostly just carbonated water. We waited over an hour for one singular pizza… during which our waiter never returned to check on our table. Additionally we had ordered a salad that never came. It was only after going directly to the pay kiosk that it seemed that our order was completed. I also noticed other tables waiting equal amount of time. Looking at other reviews, It seems that long wait times seem to be an issue here.

Wonderful pizza, awesome Greek salad, fair prices, and great service! Six of us shared a salad and each got a different kind of pizza slice and a soda and the bill only came to about $80. We left comfortably full and very happy. Thanks!

The pizza had great flavor but the wings stole the show fir me. Cooked perfectly and great flavor. The blue cheese had a great flavor with the Asian Zing sauce. It will be a stop next time I am in the area.

Stopped in for a couple of slices last week during lunch. Pizza was good, dough was tasty, good mixture of cheese, sauce and toppings on my 2 slices. Nothing bad about the service, it was counter service only. Reasonably priced.

The atmosphere was a bit more grungy then expected. Was a bit worried that the pizza was going to be subpar. The service was a lil slow but they only had a few working. Granted there also didn’t seem to be that busy. Our server was very nice. The vegan cheese was a $2 extra charge and the price of the other extra toppings seemed a bit high. Despite all this we enjoyed the pizza. The crust was nicely done and the pizza was great.

Took the kids to lunch. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. Our server brought out dough for the kids to play with. Prices have gone up in the last few months and it is getting expensive to go out. I still really enjoy the food.

Not the best service. They were not busy and seemed to be well staffed. My pizza was good however my other family members slices hit and miss. My daughters pasta with meat sauce had very little sauce so it was dry and she wouldn’t eat it. Had to ask for drink refills. No follow up after food was delivered. Definitely visiting another location next time. Also, the restaurant was extremely warm.

WE LOVE ZIOS! So much so, we catered them for our wedding!
We worked with Steve and Jeff at the Downtown location to come out to us in Council Bluffs.
They worked with our crew of a little over a 100 so well, along with our budget and preferences. We did get some food items that were not on our order such as a spicy fettuccini alfredo and pepperoni pizza, but everything else came out FABULOUS!
