The drinks, onion rings, mashed potatoes, and main course were solid and surprisingly good. The steak, however, missed the mark and I wouldn’t recommend it.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Overall, It’s not perfect, but for what you pay, you could consider it great.

me and my partner came to eat dinner, and while the hostess/bartender was friendly, she was very inattentive. we ordered all of our drinks, appetizers, and entrees in 1 order and our drinks were the last things to come which was INSANE. we had to literally go walk up to a waitress and beg for them to bring the drinks over. then the original girl who took our order said “oh i saw she refilled some drinks for me” umm… you never actually brought them in the first place and we had to eat our appetizer and entree with no drink until almost the very end. i should mention we were 1 of 4 tables in the entire restaurant with like 3 waitresses. then ontop of that, the soda tasted like they haven’t cleaned the machine in awhile, i took a few sips and was very put off. it also said we were in the window of half price appetizers, and guess what the appetizer was not half price. they acted like it was though because we got like 10 chips for a large vat of queso. we didnt even get to eat half the queso because they skimped so much on the chips. definitely disappointed in my visit

Ordered take out, went inside to pick up order and 2 waiters walked by without acknowledging me to see if I was all set. I didn’t wait too long but woukd at least be recognized while standing there. Got the blackened shrimp Alfredo and spinach artichoke dip, was pretty good.

We ordered one Classic dish appetizer, 12oz ribeye steak and two soft drinks.
The taste of the appetizer was really not good at all, the sauces taste were like it’s been long time stored and was not fresh taste.
The steak was under normal mashed potatoes was very cold.
The coleslaw salad we couldn’t eat it, the only thing was good their french fries
And when wanted to pay I told the waiter we want to separate the bill for two. They didn’t do it perfectly and the charged us more than the amount of bill, then they turned back after we noticed it and recharged us again for the exact amount of the bill.
The waiters were not professional enough and not well trained.
I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody.

After eating at your place for many, many years, 2-3 times a week, I came in the other night. I ordered a simple chicken with fries. Should take 15 mins to get. I watched 2 tables sat after me order their food and they got their food quickly and I still did not.
After 30 mins approx, the waitress said the kitchen is backed up. Granted there were about 15 total customers in the restaurant.,
I told her I will take the food to go as I have no time to wait any longer. While waiting there I paid my bill and left a tip on the kiosk on my table.
5 minutes later a heavy set blonde woman manager brought me my food in a bag. I said thank you and got up to leave. In front of the tables around me she said loudly,, “Did you pay?” I was embarrassed and said “look at the kiosk and see.” She then said “I hope you paid because you are leaving” I said again, “please look and see” and then I walked out.
The manager has seen me there over the years many times and tried to degrade me in front of customers. She knows I own a local business as I wear my uniform there when I eat after work.
I will no longer be supporting this business. Classless woman manager should not be a manager or even a waitress at that.

The place has a very good ambience for both a date and for hanging out with friends. I ordered bourbon street chicken and shrimp which was super delicious. The spicy buffalo wings tasted very well with the ranch dressing. The french onion soup was also prepared well. The triple chocolate meltdown was a perfect finisher to this awesome meal. It was an amazing experience!

My wife and I went out to the movies and then stopped at the Applebee’s in Hadley’s. The restaurant was nearly empty I didn’t receive my drink until 30 seconds before our meal. Both our meals were stone cold I got the riblets and my wife got the salmon absolutely Stone Cold. This is the first visit to Applebee’s in 4 years we will never go to Applebee’s again in our life. Delicious meal. I tried the blue raspberry lemonade and the strawberry lemonade for my meal I had the Bourbon Street chicken the best thing on their menu at garlic butter is the best always ask for extra!

We ordered Applebee’s Catering to get our employees lunch multiple times in the last week. Our orders were ready exactly on time, were obviously freshly made (not cold like it had been sitting out), and the staff helped me bring it all out and load it into my car. They made sure we had everything we needed to serve the food, even including to-go boxes so that if we had extra people could box some up to take home. The food both times was delicious, and there was a ton of it. Really can’t beat the price, service, and quality. Also, shout out to the manager Lou who answered all my questions on the phone before placing the orders and made sure I got exactly what I wanted even when the online menu wouldn’t let me select it!
