Please for the love of God, get rid of those AI speaker things.
More importantly, please stop trying to pass off chicken that’s quickly been dipped in oil after sitting for a while as chicken that’s freshly cooked. When the chicken feels like leather and tastes like chalk, it’s obviously been sitting a while.

Very hard, dry biscuit. Had to take the sausage out and eat it solo. But, even the sausage tasted dry and old. Pretty disappointed as this was my first visit to this Bojangles.

Had a chicken sandwich meal. Came with large drink, 1 side. I had pinto beans and paid about a dollar extra for cole slaw.
All was good.
The chicken was overly breaded, to cover for the thin chicken cutlet. At least it’s real chicken.
Pinto were tender and tasty.

Went out of my way to stop by after a long day at work and was NOT disappointed!! My food was hot and so fresh! I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and they absolutely delivered! I even got extra bo bites! Staff was so attentive and friendly! I never leave reviews but this visit absolutely deserved one! Thank you for making my night better

The food has gone down hill a lot and the General Manager Robert here is useless when you have and issue that needs fixing…he does nothing about the problem. Robert needs firing. Too complacent in his job.

For fast food this location is pretty good. Theyre fast and the chicken and fries have always been fresh. I got the Bo bites last time and they were hot and juicy. The fries were also hot and the seasoning wasn’t overpowering. The staff was quick and friendly

Walked in and stood there for 10 minutes and none of the 3 employees even looked at me. So I left and went to the millers creek bojangles and got served immediately and got my food in like 2 minutes.
