We had a coupon for the $12.00 chicken deal for two people and gave the gal the coupon. She took the coupon from my husband and he also ordered 1 drink. When we got to our seat he realized the coupon was not applied so he went back to tell her and she asked where is the coupon? We told her we gave it to you and since he ordered a drink they still owed us $2.00. So she seemed like she did not know what to do. Anyways she proceeded to wait on other customers while we waited and waited, so rude. They need to take care of the customer that they messed up on before moving on to others, we waited 20 minutes for our food.

The wait was very long, which we understand happens sometimes, but the food was terrible. It looked rushed and poorly made. We ordered three Pollo Bowls, and all of them were half empty and messy. Very disappointing — we’ve never experienced such poor quality at this location.

Just ordered El Pollo Loco they didn’t give any sauces for the double tostada salad missing 2 churros no dressings. We’re eating tostada salad with no dressing rip. Worst packaging ever. I’ve seen the best delivery packaging in Korea get some help from Korea. Update had to pour in Tajin because again no sauces or dressing.

Corporate needs to focus on this location. I do not recommend going here. Disgusting for many reasons. The personal hygiene of the employees and the horrible customer service along with a lying manager. I still took my food and it was cold and gross!
