I wasn’t sure about sitting in the bar area with the kids but it turned out to work. The game was on the TV so we were able to enjoy that along with the food. Our server Kateryna was brilliant and thoughtful. She checked up on us several times making sure we were good with everything. I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara and my wife had the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini. If you have never been or its been a while, come in and check it out.

Im never the type to leave a review ever. If I do it’s always a great one. I’m a regular at this Olive Garden and I always choose this location out of all of Orlando. Tonight we were attended everything was fine until every request we asked for was unfortunately mot completed. Asked for the salad to be without certain ingredients and still came with it. My husbands food was served first, meanwhile my daughter and I went without our plates for 45 minutes because the kitchen first “forgot and didn’t see the order” then when they did burnt the food! My 2 year old daughter did not eat because of kitchen. When my Alfredo came out, it came out crispy instead of grilled and then never received anything after that I’m so upset I don’t even have the words to write what I want to write. I’m sure most of the servers heard the amount of times she kept asking for her pizza nicely. Broke my heart. By the time I made it to somewhere to buy her food she’s asleep in the car. I hope Olive Garden fixes whatever is going on with their kitchen in this location because it left my 2 year old baby without her dinner.

I’ve been here a few times but I have had Taylover (i believe that was his name) be my server twice now. He is always a pleasure to have and always goes above and beyond in service. I have seen how extremely well he handles rush hour and makes it look easy. We had a small problem on one of our visits, however taylover and the manager, i believe oliva, took care of the matter swiftly and efficiently. Would highly recommend taylover as a server next time you come here!

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a casual dinner. I ordered the Ravioli Carbonara, and it was absolutely delicious — rich, creamy, and perfectly cooked. The portion size was just right, and the flavors were on point. Service was excellent as well — From the fresh breadsticks to the endless salad, everything hit the spot. Definitely planning to come back again soon!

Stopped by for dinner tonight for the first time at this location. We usually go to the Kissimmee location because we live in St. Cloud. Not anymore. It isnt because of the food, which was great. It’s all due to our server, Taylover. Cant thank him enough for taking care of us tonight. His enthusiasm and the care he took to make sure that we were having a great experience will bring us back. Serious Allergy Negligence – Unacceptable Behavior
I clearly informed our server Kevin that I have a severe pork allergy. Despite this, my main course was served with pork. I noticed it after one bite and immediately asked for a manager.
The female manager showed no apology or concern. Instead, she questioned me by asking whether I disliked the dish because I don’t like pork or because I “actually have an allergy.” This was inappropriate and dismissive. The reason does not matter — my allergy was clearly communicated.
Because of this mistake, I had to immediately take my allergy medication after leaving the restaurant to avoid breathing difficulties. This situation was not only upsetting but physically distressing.
Dessert we ordered was never delivered and was later denied despite being on the receipt. No accountability, no professionalism, and no proper resolution.
If you have food allergies or expect basic respect, do not dine here. This requires serious attention from management before someone is seriously harmed.

I don’t like giving a negative review, but it was 100% earned here. First, the wait time was too long, and then the waitress was disappointing; she served us in a hurry. The food was terrible; my salmon was swimming in oil and tasted weird. I couldn’t finish eating it. The children’s pizza my daughter couldn’t eat! Even the water was not good at this place. I had gone with my family twice before, and I don’t remember it being as bad as this time. I give it a rating of 2/10 because I want to be a little friendly.

My family and I have tried this place once, and our experience was very disappointing. When you walk into the restaurant, it smells like garlic and Parmesan. When my three year old daughter talks about this Olive Garden, she just says that it smells gross. It took a long time for our waiter (Tyler) to take our drink orders. Then I had to ask another waiter about our drinks because the table next to us got their waters before us when they were seated after us.
We ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara, herb-grilled salmon, and kids Alfredo sauce with choice of pasta with a chicken fritta topping. They served us breadsticks and salad while we were waiting for our entrees. The breadsticks were very oily, and the garlic was unevenly spread among the breadsticks. The shrimp and chicken carbonara was so oily. The salmon wasn’t bad, and the broccoli was seasoned with garlic. My daughter’s kids entree was messed up three times. I asked for the Alfredo sauce on the side, but it came with sauce on the pasta. When they brought out the pasta with the sauce on the side, they forgot the chicken fritta. When we tried to pay our bill on the device on the table, they overcharged us for the chicken fritta, so I had to call our waiter to fix it. The manager asked the table next to us how everything was, but completely ignored us. We definitely won’t be coming back. The food and the service wasn’t good.
