Absolute horrible experience every single time we order here. There’s always a mix up, attitude, and slow service. Mix up on my Hamburger PLAIN and I was specifically say Meat and bun ONLY, no cheese! Attitude when I ask them “its plain right?” Or I go inside and inform them they got it wrong, they roll their eyes. Extremely slow service as in tonight we waited 25 min for our food since ordering! I cannot fathom why it took soo long! In the end our order was still WRONG! My Hamburger Plain had EVERYTHING on it! Got a double western bacon cheese burger only to find its a single! They forgot our second drink and sauces as well. Learned my lesson again and will be going to the other Carls Jr by IHop.

why did I JUST go through the drive thru to pick up my order to receive such a bad customer service from a young girl with glasses? Just RUDE! Constantly slamming the window on us when trying to ask for condiments & cutting us off whenever we’re talking. Literally SO unprofessional. Annoying little girl

Sergio and Maria have great customer service. Sergio was very polite and patient with my husband that takes forever to order. Maria was sweet and rushed back to open the bathroom door for me before starting another task, which I really appreciated because I had to go really bad. Really enjoyed the environment, the staff seemed to be having a good time while working. This is why we make the drive to this Carl’s Jr. Thank you all

FOOD POISONING ON SUNDAY AUGUST 31ST 2025. I CAME HERE AROUND 4:00 PM THROUGH THEIR DRIVE-THRU. AROUND 5 AM NEXT DAY I HAD VICIOUS CRAMPS, LINGERING HEADACHE, CONSTANT VOMITING, DIARRHEA & NAUSEA. STAY AWAY!!! I ORDERED WAFFLE FRIES & A BURGER. MY FAMILY THINKS I HAVE COVID OR THE FLU. THATS HOW BAD MY SYMPTOMS HAVE BEEN AND AND STILL ARE! THE PAIN IS UNBEARABLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

Clean and modern Carl’s. Service was above average for fast food place. However, there was an abundance of homeless milling around. The parking lot had several, and inside there was someone using the bathroom as their daily wash room. I don’t know if there is something that a restaurant can do to combat this problem. It’s too bad because it was otherwise a very clean Carl’s.

night shift on point with orders i went yesterday at night a nice guy by the name of Luis and his crew was awesome ,wait was a little long but it was busy perfect service and friendly I totally recommend everyone to visit since its right next to the freeway I could easily go and grab food he is always there and the food is always fresh and ready to go I will be back!!!
