Since I arrived here in Bryan,tx. I’ve made it an issue to make this McDonald’s my makeshift office, so to speak.The food is prepared with love and the patrons are customer’s that remind me of back home. The atmosphere is no less.I really enjoy listening to the music and they play while I wait on my order or indulge in it’s flavor.wait times have been less than 5 minutes in each occasion and I’ve eaten here very regularly.this establishment is kept very clean including the restrooms, outside patio and parking lot.the employees are very polite and approchable. I’ve asked for help on earning points and on how to play monopoly on the McDonald’s app and was met with a generous smile and a willing effort to explain and guide me through it.prices are very reasonable whether it’s breakfast,brunch, lunch or dinner or if you have the munchies late at night, that too, being that it is 24 hours.this McDonald’s is different than any other I’ve been too.reason being it has a event area that seats 12+ ppl apart from the already spacious interior that boasts a variety of seating arrangements that fit to your liking.there is a drive- thru with two separate delivery windows to keep the business flowing.this is a non-smoking and vaping facility, which also includes the outside patio that has another 7 tables with plenty of room apart to give each party their dining privacy.this establishment is wheelchair accessible with handicap parking and is located just along the outer perimeter of the Tejas center, which is a make-up of a small shopping center, so it fits perfectly not to mention sul ross park right next door in case you decide to take your order to go and have a small picnic instead.it does contain your usual such as 4 kiosk with 2 soda dispensaries and your t.v like other McDonald’s. The noise level is minimal, conversations can be heard but you can still focus and get your work done.there is plenty of parking with wifi and outlets for connecting your phone or tablet.To be honest I have no particular items from the food menu that I enjoy cause it all is just so flavor full, but if I had to choose I’d pick breakfast cause it sets my day.so if you happen to pass through Bryan, TX, for visit or do some touring. I recommend stopping by and enjoy the feel, just as I have and continue doing so.. I’d like to give a special shout out to all the good ppl I’ve encountered here, you know who you are as well as Amanda and Christopher for all y’all’s help and not to mention Dillion for greeting, feeding and welcoming every customer but most importantly I want to thank the young lady Ms.Alejandra for demonstrating empathy, great example once again of what the town of Bryan is about.. thank you

Me and my boyfriend always come to this Mcdonalds and almost always have a good experience. Staff are always more than helpful and food is always great. They recently added free wifi here, and you can also rent a space here for an event.

It’s McDonalds; chaotic when HS kids there when they get out, otherwise relatively calm and quite inside. Ordering from the kiosk inside could be more intuitive about payment. Staff are nice and helpful although under constant pressure making sure your order is right. Menu often has daily good deals and savings to enjoy.

I’ve been waiting in the drive-thru for 40 minutes.
The only explanation I keep getting is: “We have a big order we’re preparing.”
Okay… whose big order is this?
Four cars went ahead of me, and now there’s no car behind me at all. So it’s not the cars in front of me, not me, and not behind me either.
What’s even more ridiculous is that people who arrived much later were told the exact same excuse.
If there really is such a huge order, why block the entire line instead of serving other customers?
Or just be honest and say you’re understaffed or overwhelmed.
It’s Sunday at noon, and a McDonald’s that can’t prepare orders for five people is honestly shocking.
About 15 people left the line angry. I stayed out of pure stubbornness.
This wasn’t fast food — it was slow-motion food.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Bryan college station. They are lazy, they never have sweet tea out, and if you have a code to use this one will be sure to screw it up every time and then not honor the code they literally just screwed up. The front staff isn’t trained at all or they hire air heads. This McDonald’s sucks and I will go to every other McDonalds before I come to this one. Terrible

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! We ordered through the drive thru and the food was cold, the large fries weren’t even filled up halfway and when I asked if I could get a refund for my order I was told they couldn’t. Not to mention, the staff was incredibly rude, I asked for an extra drink carrier was told that it wasn’t necessary. I am highly dissatisfied with this location and do not see myself stopping here in the foreseeable future. I do believe I will be calling corporate on this one. I mistakenly ate the old hot and spicy that I was served and now I’m trying to stop myself from vomiting. 10/10 would not recommend this location to anyone unless you are just going for drinks.

It’s McDonald’s and i understand a lot of high schoolers and teenagers work there…but when I went to this location earlier today i ordered a simple meal…2 items I had to wait 20 minutes and my food came out cold.. not only that they have horrible costumer service and they always forget things. The only helpful staff was named Gerardo you can hear the ladies yelling at him to do something when he’s already doing something. The food took longer than expected. My egg looked like it was dropped on the floor so I didn’t eat it. Waited up front for someone to hand me some condiments even tho the ladies working saw me standing there they wouldn’t offer assistance. Not coming to this location again.
