Rude and unprofessional employees (Sean) and I question the cleanliness of the store. I do not recommend this location.
Because I saw the employees handling money and other tasks not involving food I asked the employees to change their gloves and they looked at me like I was crazy or just slapped their mother’s. Assumption is if you’re dealing with other people’s food you shouldn’t wear the same gloves all day. I think it’s an easy concept.
I’m very specific, I inform Sean that i like a lot of veggies on my sandwich so he’s aware of my personal taste. He puts 4 onions on my sandwich so I politely asked for more veggies and I get attitude . I just want a decent sandwich, I didn’t believe I asked for anything extraordinary or difficult. Next, he put 1 teaspoons worth of mayo on the sandwich. I don’t like dry sandwiches so I ask politely for a little more. He slops a big glob of mayo on the sandwich and asks, “Anything else” to which I reply that I can do without the attitude. The amount of mayo almost made the sandwich inedible but instead of matching his attitude i decided to just remove the excess mayo myself.
I’ve been coming to Jersey Mike’s since the 90’s and this is the only location my visits were not enjoyable. 3rd time is the charm, i won’t be returning for a fourth. Definitely ruined what had been up to that point a good day.
If Jersey Mike’s or this location isn’t performing and earning a profit, please close the location versus having disgruntled employees. A box of gloves can’t be that expensive any anyone who’s ever worked in the food industry understands the balance that for every person who may ask for extra, there’s someone who wants none.

I was in the store about 10 minutes ago a delivery lady came in and a young man from behind the counter came over to help her in the meantime another woman jumped in front of him and grabbed the bag but the woman hadn’t even picked up the bag she said that the young man was helping her then a man in a red shirt I guess assuming the manager came over and started screaming at this delivery lady and I mean screaming at her like this is how it works around here and she was like sir this gentleman’s trying to help me I just want to pick up the order he verbally abused the daylights out of this delivery woman I’ve never seen anything like it you’ve totally lost my business I am going to tell my family we will never be going to the store again

I usually like Jersey Mike’s, but this store wasn’t good. We ordered 4 subs, and there was NOTHING on any of them. The roast beef on 2 of them looked like the cow was run over and left on the side of the road for a week before slicing. It was old looking and brown! There were 2 slices of meat and paper thin cheese on each sub, a few slivers of onions, and no lettuce either. HUGE disappointment for the price we paid and we’ll NEVER return to this location again.

Very clean place. Was very busy but the employees are very fast and efficient for the most part. They have a good system down. Definitely don’t recommend coming here if you’re on a tight schedule though.

As a person with Celiac Disease who has to eat gluten free with no other choice I’m very happy with my experience here today. I struggle everyday to find any place to eat out at without the fear of becoming extremely ill. I was very appreciative of the staff who did their part in taking preventative measures without me even having to ask ex. Thoroughly cleaning the knife used to cut my sub, and changing their gloves. I truly can’t appreciate this enough. I visit Point Pleasant beach more than often throughout the summer. I will most definitely be back. Thank you so much
