Hate thing location with a passion. Manager is very rude. Most staff are rude as well and my order is always wrong and always told to wait in a numbered parking spot. Every time I ask for my receipt, it’s an excuse of why not to give it to me.
Today was the last straw. I ordered the Grinch happy meal three of them. I did not want any toppings on my burger, and my burger was loaded with all the stuff that I did not want. They messed up the other grinch box as well and gave me nuggets instead of a burger. And to top it all off the cute box it was supposed to come in. None of them came in it. Just the ugly brown paper bags. What was supposed to be a happy meal turned into a disaster meal.

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Terrible service, very disorganized and extremely slow. My order came out wrong, and when they finally brought the correct sandwich, it was completely smashed and poorly assembled. Total lack of care for both the customer and the product. I will not be coming back.

One time I received raw like bacon and I gagged , so I will probably never order there bacon egg & cheese mcriddle & they never have sweet tea around late night ! But there’s honestly no problems with my food when coming here you in and out the drive through .

The service here is terrible and I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a 6 piece nugget and the burgers were very smushed and tasted like they were sitting in the sun for 3 days and the nuggets were like really rubbery. and the bathroom is disgusting, it smelled terrible and I believe I saw a good amount of black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom 3/10 dont reccomend ✌️.

Rude manager today , tells me to pull up to a parking space because she’s being timed , but then proceeds to have me wait there for five minutes, then the guy comes out with my food, forgets my drink, then I need salt which I could have asked for if I were at the window like normal, then he goes in and never comes back out. So I go in, apparently she told him he couldn’t come back out to give it to me. Then she starts yelling at me! Says she is busy! Long black hair short Spanish lady. Horrible attitude and runs her shift completely inefficiently.

This McDonald’s food quality its not acceptable. I order 2 big Mac with extra onion and sauce ,2 fish fillet with extra sauce and few others things to be delivered.
When I open the box and check, the big Mac meat was burn , dry as a bone, unusually thin. Looks like they slice the meat in half and serve as one. And the meat seen like they recooked from left over night waste. Also I ask for extra onions but I can NOT find any.. worst big mac , not edible.
As for the fish fillet. . . I got HALF a slice of cheese per burger??!! Come on guys!! If it’s OK to give half the portion per order. Then I guess it’s OK to give half the wages for staff. There is some thing you just can’t cut corner, and this is one of them…. meat that been slice in half and trying to look like one. and half cheese… this is ridiculous!! Who ever make this should be banned in the food industry. Such a Disrespect on food.
I hope the head cooperate office would sent someone there to do a quality check on this branch.

A few weeks ago my grandson and I were in this store. We were going to eat there, but there wasn’t a clean table in the place, so we brought it home. We just came from this Mc Donald’s again today! And again! No clean tables! But we stayed. When the woman brought us our order, I brought it to her attention, that all the tables needed to be cleaned. She said it would be taken care of, but it wasn’t while we were there! Disgusting!!! Won’t be back here again !!

Stopped in for a big Mac. The bread was dry. The hamburgers were even dry. It tasted nothing like I ever had before as a big Mac all the food here Taste stale they need to up their game. Will not be going back to this McDonald’s and maybe to any other McDonald’s for a long time .
