The reviews are correct, this place is really good! It’s been a while since I’ve had good Chinese food in central Fl & I found the spot!
Lunch plates are huge! And, very reasonable prices!! Looking forward to being back in the area so I can try different dishes!

The food here is really good, but the dining area ambiance and atmosphere is not inviting or pleasant. The phone is constantly ringing and the lady answering the phone is very loud and not cognizant of the customers trying to have some semblance of peace while eating their meal. The service is a little abrupt, but overall efficient. Again the food is good, so it may be better to opt for the take out option

I ordered from Mr K’s for the first time. I had the bourbon chicken and krab rangoons. My chicken was so dry, it looked like it had been reheated. Mediocre at best. My husband ordered Mongolian beef and was really disappointed. The entire dish was primarily onion with a little bit of beef. I wouldn’t recommend the Mongolian beef dish unless you really want an entire onion for dinner. We haven’t had Chinese food in a while, and I can say, we won’t be ordering from here again.

I recently moved to the area and was trying to find a good chinese spot, I found Mr K’s and definitely wasn’t disappointed. The portions are massive and the food is absolutely wonderful. Definitely come here the service and food is phenomenal. This is what I ordered 100% recommend it left full and happy.

Mr K’s is a small little place that is full of flavor. We found them based on different reviews from Facebook. The restaurant itself is small and has a handful of employees. However the food is full of flavor. We arrived around 2pm and it wasn’t packed. We ordered 2 lunch specials which includes either an egg roll or soup and pork fried rice with your entree. The food I would describe is close to a New York style Chinese menu. Many of the Chinese restaurants in the area are more Latin style Chinese so this was a pleasant experience. The actual space the restaurant is located in is small so hopefully they can expand to a bigger venue. If you are craving Chinese definitely visit Mr K’s in Lake Nona.

This is my mother’s favorite place and it’s easy to tell why. The food is incredible and the prices are so reasonable. And they really do care and listen to people’s orders. My grandma is very picky, and my mom had to make a very specific order for her and they managed to get it perfectly. I got the steamed dumplings which were incredible, and the pepper steak and house fried rice. Everything was 5 stars. Go to this place, watch out for the scam websites, and support these people!!
2 things though, this one family left all of their noodles and rice when we left. Lmaooo they must have either already ate or were a bit taste palette-ly challenged. And watch out for the right corner of the restaurant cause its scorching hot. They also still don’t serve sushi!! Hire a sushi chef challenge.

Food looked better then it tasted. Overall not too bad, but was not the best.

This post is not about the food the food is good here better than most places in Orlando. It’s about the cashier/server who is adding his tips to the bill unknowingly to customers. Pay attention to your bill/receipt. Make sure you ask for a copy of your receipt. I was told my bill was one price and then I got an alert from my bank of the transaction for another price thankfully, I had a copy of the receipts and was able to compare. when I returned and questioned him about the transaction, he refunded me the portion of my money that he had tipped himself, but he had a very strong attitude and was visibly upset.

Some of the best Chinese food we’ve had in Florida. Just know they don’t have a sushi chef at present.
Prices just went up on their menu but they are generous with ingredients; even their condiments are high quality (no fake soy sauce here). The house fried rice, shrimp, and won tons were all super fresh and rivaled the best we’ve had in Hawaii and Cali.
My husband said it reminded him of a mom and pop restaurant in San Francisco where he worked for a decade.
Chinese artifacts adorned the walls and Chinese relaxing vocals played as background music. Li, the friendliest server, spread her sunshine and joked around with some of the patrons in Chinese. The other servers hustled to give the crowd quick service. The customers were a diverse blend of the neighborhood: from kids to the elderly and all ethnicities, the community likes this small business.
We will be back for the lunch specials.

Ordered take-out the other night and wasn’t disappointed. Reasonable pricing and good portions. Everything tasted great. The pork fried rice had plenty of meat and vegetables. The chicken lo mein had lots of chicken. I was surprised when I walked in to pick up my food to see a very nice sit down restaurant. We will definitely be going back and eating in.
