This was the second Chipolte I visited today to order food. The 1st one on Main St did have cheese or tortilla. I went to the E Broad St. location. I wanted a Quesidilla but you can only order that online. I decided to purchase the chicken bowl, barely any fajita vegetables & definitely not fresh, they gave me a sprinkle of lettuce. I asked for guacamole and was charged 2.85 for the small portion to put on the bowl. They should of gave the cup if they charged me the 2.85. I said something to the cashier about the portion, claimed it was the same portion as the cup. It is not. Also, the chips were stale. The counter was filthy. Both places were not cleaned.

The pork bowl I had was pretty good. I wanted chicken, but yet again it was burned to ashes. Even the chicken on the grill was burnt. Food was hot. Protein portion was not as big as it used to be in the past. Sour cream and cheese portions were more than adequate. Ordered 2 tortillas on the side, and they were heated and wrapped together. When I went to separate them one of them tore. Service was good. Cashier was very friendly. Atmosphere was Chipotle.

My girlfriend purchased the food, and my brother ended up eating it. From the start, the employee was rude and unprofessional — no greeting and no effort to offer options or explain anything, which is basic customer service.
It was around 9:00 PM, and the employee already seemed focused on cleaning and closing, even though the restaurant closes at 11:00 PM. This clearly affected the service and attitude.
On top of that, the food was made incorrectly and included cheese, even though I am allergic to dairy. That is a serious health concern and shows a lack of attention to food allergies.
To make matters worse, when my brother took the first bite, he found a hair in the food. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
Chipotle is a well-known brand, but this experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this location based on the poor service and lack of care in food preparation.

Chipotle is usually hit or miss but this location has so many hits. Greeted when you walk in. Steak cooked and seasoned to perfection. Fajita and rice fully cooked with flavor. This location has come a long way and is the best out of all of them.
