I went a couple days ago to get a single dip hot fudge sunday and they handed me a scoot of ice cream with one dime sized piece of fudge. i asked to get more fudge because i payed for a hot fudge sunday and not ice with with a tiny spot with five on it and the man was very rude and said they will not do that to us until one of the ladies convinced him otherwise and we have had many problems with him before. We also ordered a single dip ice cream on a cone an he handed ice cream out that was already melted.

Went through the drive-through, hold up I was on the outside lane and there was a car on the inside. Nobody else yet then three cars come and I get bypassed then it takes them an extra seven minutes to take my order on the outside lane in the guy was giving me an extreme attitude. Get my four piece chicken with supposed to be Braum sauce my chicken tenders were three little nuggets with no Braum sauce so I continue to sit there and wait until a person comes back up to the window five minutes later and seems like I’m in an inconvenience for asking for what I paid for

Employees seem to be pretty hard workers. Although they just got my order completely wrong.
Didn’t feel like I could talk to someone who completely understood what I was saying though.
I ordered the jalapeño burger and got a normal 1/4lb
And a pepper mint sundae and received vanilla.
Maybe try to have customer service at the counter? Seems like they hurry to get the job done but somethings not translating from the customer to the computer.

No impressed with the place. 0 customer service. The pictures of their ice cream are nice but what they serve you is not the same as they advertise.

Shift manager Kathy needs some training. On a busy lunch hour, she yelled from the kitchen towards an employee at the grocery area. She was so load that everyone in the lobby was shocked. Stop treating your employees this way please.
Then she went ahead and disrespected another employee in the kitchen because he was new and was struggling with a few things.
Too many teenagers on-clock just playing around instead of helping the guest.
The GM should spend sometime here and cut the slow moving pieces to have better labor percentage.

This used to be a great place, but it has really changed.
Not one employee smiles anymore.
The shift Manager Dave/David always seems to be put-out when dealing with customers.
This was our third experience with the same result each time.

i literally hate going to this braums because their customer service compared to any other braums is soooo bad. the manager david always has an attitude and it’s frustrating. no one wants to work, get over it. i work in fast food and my general manager would never allow me to act this way. don’t come here. the one on danforth is newer (remodeled recently), faster, fresher, and nicer.

I went under duress. I don’t use Braums anymore due to their blatant support of the lbtquexyz (whatever) movement in OKC at the artist festival in the spring. I was with my family and they were meeting other family there. I should have stayed in the car. That was an after thought.

Been here in Edmond for 5 years & THIS THE WORST BRAUM’S IM EDMOND EVERRRRR, horrible customer service, LITERALLY GETS YOUR ORDER WRONG EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND at all even if it’s convenient just go to another location to not waste your time !!.
