If I could give them a zero I would , I have been talked to so disrespectfully by young lady managers there for a second time now. I was in there to get food that I was delivering. It was. Monday January12th at 9:25 pm. The order was nuggets, a sandwich meal and a frosty. When I got there, the frosty was only 2/3 full, and it was white and runny, and it was supposed to be a chocolate frosty. The guy noticed it himself and he went to change it. When he did, he started mumbling and grumbling because I guess the frosties machine was empty and they had to refill it. Everything was fine.He was doing it. The manager lady came up to the front and I said, Hey, could you guys maybe put this under a warm light while I’m waiting for the frosty. She looked at me , rolled her eyes and said ( uh NO!) then walked away. I Asked the other manager , his name and why she was behaving that way . He said that young lady manager was above him, so there was nothing he could do that She had been on one all night & he was sorry. His name was Donovan.I can’t remember the girl’s name because I was livid. Then when I left go to my car, they were in the drive through window laughing. So I am very disgusted, and it’s not the first time a young lady manager has done that. I don’t understand who they think they are and why they don’t have a clue about customer service? Delivery drivers are real customers.They represent paying customers who pay EXTRA money to get their food. They do not want old cold food. The attitude of this young lady was appalling.She should be nowhere near management. It was difficult not to take it personally & I was shaking.. I had a job to do, and all I wanted was a frosty and not white liquid that was half full in a cup. Don’t understand why she came up there acting a fool.

I’m absolutely and completely done eating at this place! I’ve been here three times and three times I’ve gotten cold sandwiches! I always order my spicy chicken sandwiches with extra tomato and I’m pretty sure it’s against code to take a sandwich off the warmer add new ingredients to it and then sell it. That being said the bread is hotter than the chicken inside of it! Done with this place!!

I went to this restaurant at around 6:30 p.m. on a Monday. My granddaughter and I have food poisoning when we woke up this morning. We could tell the food was bad but we had already taken a few bites before we threw it out!! I cannot remember a time when a restaurant was so awful!! My meat Patty on my hamburger was rubbery from sitting in the meat warmer for so many hours! I just can’t believe a restaurant is allowed to serve food to people when it is so old

Probably will never go there again, my orders are never correct! This time I ordered a baconator combo and it didn’t even have bacon on the sandwich. I ordered it with just cheese and bacon, a ND with no ketchup and mayo but it had literally everything on it except bacon. I called and she didn’t sound sincere at all just come back whenever I want to get the sandwich remade. I will drive 30 minutes down the road for better food and service!

Went inside to get my app order on 9/11/25 because the drive thru was 6 cars deep. Was refused my order and was told by the MANAGER it had to be picked up in the drive thru although dine in was open.
That needs addressed by your company. Long time customer considering not coming back.

Grabbed lunch here while in town. Went through drive thru. The line moved quickly, the staff was pleasant, the order had everything in it, and the quality was consistent with the best of Wendy’s. Zero complaints. Would come back if in town again.
