Honestly I don’t see anything special to pay almost $20 for one burger. It was first time we ordered in there and last one. We came at night and the place was empty and it was for “to go”. Everything from the list of side dishes wasn’t available but fries. And we said it’s fine, just charge us extra for garlic fries. When we arrived at home there weren’t not garlic fries but regular ones and they were nasty like regular soft potato. Cheese mozzarella twists is a joke, no flavor at all.
Fortunately we live pretty close so we came back to ask for fries refund. Honestly too pricey for that food.

I ordered the sandwich that I always order and was shocked at how tiny the chicken was. Usually my sandwich is too big to finish. This one was all bun. I took two bites before I got a bite of chicken and it was very disappointing. The service was lacking. We waited for refills in drinks and sides. The manager never came around to check on us. This is NOT how I have EVER experienced Red Robin and I have been to MANY locations. I truly hope this was a fluke and not the new norm. I will say that given this experience I am in no hurry to return.

Save one time, RR has been providing pretty consistently great food and service. I was seated relatively quickly and asked for unsweet tea OR water to start my order. The young lady behind the ber then placed a glass of tea on the counter with a smile as I ordered a Banzai w/ Sweet Potato Fries. Soon as the test hit my lips, I knew it was sweet. I’m a passive person and it wasn’t that serious but right then, I knew there was going to be a LOW tip added. So, then I grabbed the table tablet and went to playing pool while I wait for my burger. It arrived after a few minutes and was tasty but definitely not cooked to a medium and the first round of fries had definitely been sitting for awhile. Definitely not the greatest experience for a $28 burger. Not terrible but not more than OK.

Daphne was our server. We sat down around 540 and she walked past our table several times before stopping for a drink order. 638 pm an hour after sitting she finally approached for the drink order. Food didn’t come to the table until 730. Absolutely ridiculous. She may have checked on us once the entire time as she seemed more interested in being in the back talking to a young woman. Definitely did not seem interested in taking care of the 3 tables she had. When the food did come out not only was it wrong but it was cold…(Big surprise there huh) I think the best part was the check. Why am I being charged 4.19 for a 2.99 up charge?? Her response “when you order a second patty most people get the extra cheese!!” Umm ok but I didn’t order extra cheese.. best not to assume and ask. Thankful for my friend at the table who let her know this. Definitely won’t be back and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

This is my wife and I’s personal experience and opinions. Lousy 1st time. We don’t get to eat at dine in slow-casual restaurants much. We even told the server it was a first time to Red Robin. Too bad we chose this establishment for my first Red Robin experience. First, no one was at the front so we just stood there for many minutes just waiting, looking around and wondering if anyone was coming…After many minutes we finally got seated. When we were asked what drinks to start, we asked for Vanilla Dr Pepper. We were provided napkins and STRAWS, but no drinks. We waited, but nope, just had to wait. When she came back and got our food order, we thought for sure it couldn’t be much longer for drinks. NOPE. IT WAS. We finally got our drinks, brought by someone else AND the menu says a cherry is supposed to be on top….SURPRISE, NO CHERRY. Not too much later, we got the food. Service sucked. We watched others who were seated and they got their drinks much quicker. Not sure why we didn’t get the same treatment. My bacon cheeseburger was undercooked and a LOT of pink meat (GROSS) and small amout of bacon. The size of the burger was good. I didn’t eat the whole burger BECAUSE IT WAS NOT FULLY COOKED, AND, I started eating around the edges of the burger because the edges were fully cooked. We ordered bottomless fries and never once got anymore and weren’t asked either, so bottomless was not true at all. When we were almost done and had no refill, we were finally asked if we wanted more, we said yes, and again a long wait. By the time we got our 1st and only refill, we asked for to-go cups. Well, how about that, they only had like child size small. Convenient. When we finally got our check, we paid by gift cards. We paid with 4 gift cards. When she brought the reciept, we DID NOT GET THE GIFT CARD WITH BALANCE LEFT!! It wasn’t much, but it is our now LOST money. We weren’t even asked how our meal was! For my first time, I am sorely disappointed.

Well… I can say I gave this place another try. Last week my daughter decided she wanted to go here and I figured why not? The restaurant and the atmosphere seemed very welcoming and I didn’t have a problem with the service. It wasn’t the best I ever had but pretty typical for today’s restaurants. The food on another note is a whole a different story. When a seven-year-old won’t even eat a simple cheese pizza that tells you you need a new recipe and ingredients (she’s not a picky eater either). I would’ve rather had a tombstone pizza than what she had. My burger looked good but that’s really it. The taste and quality of ingredients could be way better.

REALLY UPSET because the little touch pad machine cut me off before I could type my review about how amazing Stevi was. She provided THE best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Super cool and down to earth. Give this girl a raise or a promotion immediately. Definitely someone you want to model future employees after.
