I went here on 02/28 because I made a mobile order for tenders. When I arrived in the drive thru I was advised by someone that they were out of chicken tenders by them saying “I ain’t even gone lie u gonna have to calll Popeyes to get your money back” then when I asked for a canceled receipt they told me “ we don’t got that” so I asked for their name “uhh 1 second” which prompted me to come in and magically a receipt appeared and a young man who says he was the manager Ozell, not even sure if that’s his real name, gave me the receipt and signed his name so I could reach out because they could not refund me. I’ve yet to receive any refunds. I feel like I was straight up scammed by this restaurant. And here is the receipt the manager signed but again I haven’t received ANY money back for my order nor did I receive anything from my order nor was I ever offered to substitute for another item for the inconvenience. Never again.

Went to get the 2 for 5 deal that I’ve heard on commercials non stop and seen on tv and instagram well of course they don’t have chicken wraps but have 20+ different signs offering them Forsale I ask why all the girl who obviously dosent wanna be at work goes corporate said so that’s all I get then she goes we got chicken strips … obviously they have chicken strips I’m not stupid but I said ok I’ll get them I guess and a mashed potatoes and gravy a Mac and cheese and a biscuit upset I can’t get my chicken wraps I just deal with it I get all the way home there’s no sauce for the chicken strips the biscuit is hard as hell almost broke my tooth and they gave me some nasty rice in gravy instead of mashed potatoes can honestly say I hate this location with a passion !!!

Worst experience ever and I’m not even really a complainer. The last couple of visits weren’t that good but this time was the worst. Couldn’t even hear the person talking through the speaker, ask for a large fry and got a small fry with only a few in the container then I open the chicken sandwich and Not only was it cold but there was just a bunch of mayonnaise everywhere. So on top of the order being wrong everything was cold and not good. Might have to stop coming here also

Absolutely terrible service. They have super long lines and make you stop and wait at the yellow pole where you wait for almost 30 minutes while your order is being prepared. Once it’s ready they wave you to the window. Even if you order online and pick a time to pick up your order it’s still not ready. This is giving inaccurate readings to corporate and should be addressed so they can get the help and proper assessment they need. Definitely, won’t be going back.

Had 5 piece chicken, but they slipped in fake but piece, so verify your pieces are not trash before leaving. Beans and rice had beans so smashed, that it was just paste, I guess that would explain whu they were out in the past. Was very surprised my online order was bagged and ready. That has not happened in years. Little girl was calling for mom in eating area and in bathroom, but she was working and nobody would dare try to help the tiny little girl stuck in bathroom, maybe could not open door, so left outer door open. Forgot, had small coalslaw but it was half empty, asked if they ran out, and lady accused me of eating half, I said no just pushed it to side to show how empty it was. She had to find a large slaw just to have enough to fill small, also coalslaw was the worst they ever served, large scheduled chunks instead of sliced leaves of normal slaw, mut have been the heart or stem portion cut up, very low quality.

If I could give zero stars, I would it took almost 30 minutes to get two wraps. They were extremely out of it inside no organization whatsoever asked me 20 times what my order was when she could’ve just read the receipt. The female next to me was also going through the same thing I came to try their new wraps They couldn’t even make it right. Neither wrap lettuce. I will never return to this location in my life if you want good food and good service go somewhere else. Horrible 0/10

They get mad if you pull up to the window to wait for your food… So they put their arm out the window to signal you to wait in the 2nd spot, so as to not trigger a timer that reports wait times. To the owners, stop pressuring these workers about how fast I get my meal and just let them concentrate on making sure it tastes good. I already know it’s gonna be a 25 minute wait in the drive thru, every time, whenever I pull in the parking lot.

“I arrived store with the expectation that the facility would be staffed and ready to assist. However, even though the door was open, I waited for over an hour, and no one was available inside. It was disappointing not to receive service despite being within operating hours. I hope management can improve staffing or at least provide clear communication about any unexpected closures to avoid future inconveniences.”

The two employees in drive thru were nice. However, the food was horrible the chicken not fresh and overcooked. They didn’t have and white meat spicy so I got the regular. The breast were stringy & dry money wasted. The meal was trashed!

I think I must have made a mistake by coming in the door. I stood for a full 17 minutes being ignored while the staff went about their day. Foolishly I waited until my order was taken, only to upset them because I ordered a 12 piece spicy. The lady behind the counter said it would be a 15 minute wait so I would have to get mild. When I told her extremely politely I can wait 15 minutes she shot me a look and then informed them to drop a 12 piece spicy. The lady in the grey shirt whom I assumed was the manager on duty got visibly irate. I then proceed to just as politely tell her I’M GOOD, DIDN’T MEAN TO UPSET YOU BY MAKING YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO WORK and left. This particular franchise has gotten progressively worse. So I won’t be returning EVER
