Solid burger place that is a step above fast food, but still quick and convenient. I appreciate that the menu is simple (burgers, fries, and milkshakes).

The regular hamburger comes with 2 patties (yay for extra meat!) and is about $10.

The staff here is friendly and the tables and chairs kept decently clean

I was at your place today, and what I saw was absolutely shocking.

While I was eating, a delivery driver came in to pick up an order. He asked about it, and your staff told him it would be ready in three minutes. He came back three minutes later — suddenly it wasn’t ready, and they said, “I’m packing it right now.” He left again, probably because he couldn’t just stand there forever. Maybe his car was badly parked, maybe he had a kid waiting in the car — who knows. Delivery drivers don’t have the luxury of wasting time.

He came back again after another three minutes. Once again he was told, “It’ll be three more minutes.” He said fine, he’d come back. And then out of nowhere, your staff told him they wouldn’t give him the order at all. They started saying some nonsense about “freshness.” What does that even mean? He literally said, “Just tell me when it’s ready and I’ll come back when it’s ready.” And they refused. Just flat-out refused to give him the order.

I like this place. I order from you often. Now I finally understand why my food sometimes takes forever to arrive. This is why.

You’re a big chain. How the hell do you allow your staff to treat people like this? Delivery drivers work for pennies. They’re out there in the rain, in traffic, dealing with stress all day. And your employees think it’s okay to jerk them around and then deny them the order completely?

What I saw today was disgusting. I’m honestly in shock. You should be ashamed of how that driver was treated.

My god, the burgers are amazing. A bit over-the-top voluptuous and fattening, but it is what you need to get once in a while. You simply can’t compare 5Gs with Shakeshack (so puny) or In-N-Out (so soggy). Yes, the burgers are pricey but so worth every cent and the experience.

The fries are also truly fresh and plump, unlike the dried cardboard you get at In-N-Out.

If it wasn’t for the heart attack you’d get, I’d come here every weekend. But again, what a treat!

I have to give kudos to the people who work at this particular Five Guys. The workers are super nice and accommodating. Even on a super busy day, they’ll take the time to help you with any issues you might have with your order.

We have always loved coming to Five Guys. It is our staple go-to when we want to have a lazy weekend brunch without spending an arm and a leg for a decent burger !

It gets more interesting to me while I get immersed in shelling the peanuts while the better half goes about gathering all the sauces and drinks. Then we catch up on the stuff we missed out during the week, while munching the peanuts and we wait for our order# to be called.

Once our order is served, we almost immediately go into silent mode enjoying the crispy fries and the most amazing burger that one can get at such a low price.

We have never left dissatisfied from this place!

And we will be back for more, very very soon!

Five Guys in Sunnyvale is consistently a top-tier burger experience! Every visit feels like a treat, starting with the welcoming aroma of fresh-cooked burgers and those incredible fries. What truly sets them apart is the commitment to fresh, quality ingredients. You can tell the patties are hand-formed and cooked to order, resulting in a juicy, flavorful burger every single time.
The customization options are endless, allowing you to build your perfect burger or hot dog with a fantastic array of fresh toppings – all included! And let’s not forget the fries. Cooked in peanut oil, they’re perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with a generous serving that always leaves you satisfied. The free peanuts while you wait are a fun touch, too. It’s a no-frills, pure deliciousness kind of place that always hits the spot. Five Guys delivers a consistently excellent meal that’s worth every penny.

Sign on the door says it won a value for money award in Seattle. Im not sure a $13 fast food burger is good value but it was delicious.

Honestly one of the best fast food burgers you can get. Yeah it’s pricey($14 for a double bacon cheeseburger), BUT it’s really good quality and tastes damn good. Meat is high quality and fresh, bun is delicious, tons of bacon and it’s crispy, and you get a lot of options for toppings.

Plus the fries smack and the service is great. Would highly recommend.

Burgers are sooo INSANELY delicious. So juicy, flavorful and salty. Although I have to admit they do get soggy from time to time in the aluminum foil. Fries are wonderful, and I highly recommend the Cajun fries. They always give you so much extra fries. Milkshakes are top of the line. One of the best fast food milkshakes ever. I typically get the Oreo crumbs+creme shake. They also have unlimited free roasted peanuts, which are wonderful and beautifully seasoned.
