This is no exaggeration this is absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever visited! Wait 10 minutes at front counter before girl acknowledged us and finally took order. When we were only ones in restaurant beside another family that was already seated eating. Then after finally taking my order have to wait another 30+ minutes for a burger a wrap and a chicken sandwich. Absolutely pathetic management should be ashamed of their position. Will NEVER go back and will make sure anyone I know avoids this place as well. You want to charge top dollar but give back alley service this was worst experience I’ve had. Then burger comes out so cold it can’t even melt the cheese.

My husband and I dined in… No complaints about food or service.. The complaint is the workers was talking vulgarities. Talking vulgar about women in general (as to how they would ummm hurt a woman in a bedroom manner). Offended my husband and myself, to the point my husband spoke up as to where he seldom does. We don’t leave reviews but KNEW THIS NEEDED ADDRESSED.

The food is fire per usual, but we waited 30 minutes at the speaker waiting for our food. Wendy Ann would not approve. We need to start doing background checks on who they hire. I proceeded to call them, and they did not answer. Despicable.

Went here recently and food was amazing everything clean even the guy with a big truck came throught the door (he was built like a 1×1 lego piece) asking for 20 deluxe baconator 50 nuggets 5 pepsi. what a beautiful experience

Restaurant was not clean. The chocolate frosty machine was broken but I wasn’t informed of this until after I paid. No refund was offered or given. For the record, there was only one other customer besides me..

I was in the Drive-Thru on 4-11 @10:15 & they waited on a the customer in front of me .I watched the customer leave sat there for a little bit and said” hello anybody there, nicely” and was ignored. I even drove up to the window and was ignored by this person. I drive back by and they’re waiting on two other cars. This person chose to ignore me along with another person that was there working they were not busy. It’s very clear in one of the pics closest to the drive-thru window that person knows I’m sitting outside the drive-thru still ignoring me

I ate here a few nights ago, when looking thru my bag I noticed my sauces were not in the bag. I bypassed the speaker and went straight to the window to give the car behind me the opportunity to order and not hold up the line, that is where they ignored me and kept acting like they didn’t see me even the night manager. While sitting there I noticed how nasty the back of the fryer was with caked on grease! Please do better! To know better is to do better! Would you want that service or serve your family out of those fryers?
