Food is great and fresh. Staff is super friendly. A team member leaving held the door for me. I live in NY…sad there are no Cane’s near me. Always hit Cane’s up when visiting Fayetteville!

Just pick canes. If you are reading this trying to decide where to eat, just pick Canes. I know this is what you really want. It’s ok if you eat here 4 times a week, give yourself some grace!

Today was the first time we have been inside this location, usually we do drive thru. What a pretty restaurant! They had ample staff available. All were kind and helpful. The dining area was large and spacious. Compared to many other fast food places in the area this by far was cleaner and had nicer decor. I love all the art and local memorabilia on the walls. Food was good as always. Hot and fresh. I always wish they had more options for sides and sauces though.

Everything but the chicken was good.

Original order was served with burnt chicken. Went back to exchange with fresh chicken and was told the kitchen had probably waited too long to replace the oil. Cool, I get it. Had to wait even longer for the replacement food.

I was given the replacement food and foolishly believed them that the issue was resolved. When I got home the second time, I opened the box it was burnt again.

I’m not sure who their manager is, but this would be a perfect opportunity for retraining in maintaining consistent quality. I’m tired of having to constantly return to request minimum quality food, but here we are. One less customer for them going on, try the Slim’s across the street instead.

This place is hopping! I want to give a shout out to the night manager and crew last night. We came in with a group of athletes and they handled us with speed and accuracy. We were impressed with how quick the food came out and the quality was top notch. They also did a nice gesture for our group, and that was much appreciated. Braving the traffic in a school bus was well worth it for the good food and service. Our students had a great experience! Thanks so much.

I tried for a week to get this food for me and my boy and when I finally did, we were both thoroughly unimpressed. The fries had 0 crunch to them, the toast that looked like it had bathed in butter prior to toasting was flavorless and the chicken had breading falling off of it. Super unimpressed, go to slims or zaxby’s if you really want good fried chicken.

One of my favorite fast food places Nationwide! I love this place. Trendy, clean, and darn good fingers. None of the extra oily, and overly battered chicken of most places. Just good eating on great prices.

I mean it’s Raising Cane’s, what do you expect other than Fast Friendly service and Great Chicken

EDIT 08/29/25
Over the course of the last several months the tender quality has seen a decrease. They are usually much thinner, Closer to chicken fries. The workers, speed, and flavor is always great no matter how long the line. Just sell them as chicken fries or something!

So I door dashed a meal for myself and my daughter and after I put hers on her plate so that it’d cool off, and she had eaten the majority of it, I noticed some black stuff on the back of a chicken strip. She started throwing up shortly after (BUT we both had Covid so I’m really not sure what caused it- hence why I door dashed the food). I called the store and they said they’d have someone call me back and never did. Had someone called me to rectify the situation, it wouldn’t have been as bad. Idk if this is mold or what, but it’s black stuff on a 3 year olds chicken strip. So unacceptable. Do better.
