Yesterday, my husband and I went and had breakfast for the first time. I love, love, love, the traditional German breakfasts. I love everything about this place personally. I loved it so much. I came back on Sunday and got half off bread. We will be coming every Sunday to get our bread because, it’s cheaper than H-E-B believe it or not, and you’re supporting local. A local who brings her own country to our city. So damn right I’m gonna support her! We had so much fun. They have so many little goodies, desserts & pastries. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

The breakfast sandwich was amazing. Homemade bread, bacon, cheese, and eggs. The bakery has gluten free cookies that I get for my wife. The cheese cake out of this world. Be sure to try the ginger bread, it’s like a little piece of Germany in Corpus.

Let me tell you. This is … wait… just look at the photos. This place is amazing. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is fun and exciting. The staff is friendly. Let’s go back to the food though! The FOOD IS AMAZING. Whether you want great breakfast or wonderful cinnamon rolls, this is a must stop place in corpus to visit.

My experience here for the most part was very good. I had only one issue. I ordered the French Toast sandwich. Delicious the eggs we not over cooked, the ham was thin sliced and fried the cheese was plenty. But the problem was, I don’t eat margarine I asked for real butter, which she brought me, later when I read my bill there was a $2.00 up charge for the butter, and before she served me the real butter she should have told me there was a up charge of $2.00 and given me the choice if I wanted to pay that or not. I was a bit irritated with this.

Took awhile for us to be sat. No one was up front when we walked in. Once sat, our waitress was very friendly and informative. She brought 2 delicious cookies for us to sample while deciding on what to order. I ordered the farmer’s breakfast – very good. My husband ordered the lunch sampler and said it was good. We walked by the pastries and bread when leaving. It looks delicious, and we’ll have to try some soon.

We had breakfast and it was delicious! The pastries were unique and delicious! They caught your eye as soon as you enter the restaurant. They also have fresh bread and half priced good from previous batches. Place its simple but genuine. Family owned with a lot of good flavors that give you a great taste of German/European food.

Very good food and nice atmosphere. I loved the German breakfast tacos. They were more like crepes but better. Wife loved the French toast breakfast sandwich. Was not sweet as expected, but still very delicious and I believe you can ask for it sweeter and cinnamon and for syrup. Did provide side of powdered sugar ,but wife preferred without. Also loved the blueberry strudel. Tables for pets outside. Super friendly and fast and not busy for Saturday lunch. Next time I might try German meatloaf.
