Well I made my order online and they only got part of it right. When did they stop putting their blushes in Styrofoam, you know the thing that kept the blushes cold? So other than messing up the order, they also served me a soft pretzel on the shall we say dark side of soft, with no cheese sauce to soften it up with.
I will say this is the first time they hit a number of sour notes all at once. In general I enjoy their pretzels and cheeseburgers and their master shakes among other things. I might have a new love though and that is their hot fudge Sunday. At first I thought he just handed me a dish of hot fudge because you couldnt see any ice-cream at all. Yummy stuff!

Judging the atmosphere isn’t really a thing here, but since they only have a few outdoor seats I will rate it thus. The food is generally above average and always consistent. They get high marks for their variety and the employees are always in a good mood.

Went through the drive thru, ordered a chocolate Diet Coke, the young man working the window was very nice & said “I need to stir your chocolate coke as it wasn’t made correctly” after I got it, it was perfect! I’ve gotten them before and there truly is a right & wrong way to make it. Thank you for fixing it & the great customer service! 10/25/25

Super shitty service. Food has gone all the way downhill at this location. Inedible onion rings! They publish a coupon in the smart shopper but didn’t honor it even when I clearly announced it during the order process. The drive in hasn’t opened since COVID. Can’t wait for McDonald’s across the street.

The burger I ordered came out sloppy, greasy, and tasted like a boxed of hamburger helper was cooked in my mouth, and to be completely honest I’m not sure it was a bad thing. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and food came out fast.

I clearly said two frito wraps when ordering. They said ok I got 1 frito wrap I said no two. I get up there and they hand me one. They did only charged me for one however. I said no I wanted two can you charge me for another? They said they can’t do that you’ll have to go back through the line. Can’t even believe the incompetence here. It’s worse than the zonist. Just a complete joke. Don’t recommend going here.

Could be just a little bit less expensive. Cuz I know when we are deciding where to grab a bite to eat or go out for a meal to. We ALMOST ALWAYS pass on sonic due to pricing being waaaay more expensive then other food services in the area

The manager on duty lacks the skills to handle errors effectively. Instead of addressing the issue directly, she directs people to call corporate. Perhaps better leadership in this position would improve the overall efficiency of this location.

I ordered a number 5 through their drive thru, which is a SUPERSONIC double bacon cheeseburger with no lettuceand no tomato. They messed up three times. I had to get it fixed three times. I do not recommend this location if you have food sensory issues like my brother and I. An employee was rude and I felt like I was unwelcome and wrong for wanting it fixed
