Very busy. Long double drive thru line. Crowded at 12:00 Waited a fair time for order, nice cashier. Friendly staff. I ordered a bacon , egg and tomato biscuit. The biscuit itself was dry and tasteless. I ate the egg, bacon was black it was so overcooked. The coffee was good. My advice go to Bojangles!

Traveling out of town stop here to get breakfast. Had to take the biscuits back in everything was cold. Our first time eating at a biscuitville. My wife waited 20 minutes with new customers coming in and getting there food and leaving with my wife still waiting for our food. Finally she just asked for our money back. Will never stop there again

We drove by here on vacation and decided to stop for breakfast. It sounded like a cool name and was packed so obviously the locals like it!
It was very much worth it! I do not have pictures (we were driving and eating) but the menu and real food looked very similar! Everything was fresh and the staff were awesome.

Ordered the Hot Spicy Honey Chicken Biscuit, my biscuit came plain with honey, so I didn’t get my egg or cheese. Didn’t find that out until I got home, so no I didn’t take it back, drove over 10 miles is pointless, but my order was totally wrong. Ordered grits with cheese on the side, didn’t get the cheese that was supposed to be on the side. Got a Mountain Dew and a Pepsi, I said no ice, guess what, both had ice. The name was even spelt wrong.

Ok..I’ve waited for at least 4 months. I live and eat at Biscuitville in Kernersville almost 100% of the time. I had a mid afternoon Medical appointment in Raleigh. I googled Biscuitville on my way to Raleigh. I arrived and ordered a country ham biscuit and specifically asked for and paid for the one that offers 2 pieces of country ham.
In addition I ordered the ham be cooked fresh.
It was about 1:50 p.m. I realize they close at 2.
What I received was pathetic. A little curled up fatty filled piece of ham honestly about the size if a half dollar. It was also far from fresh. Obviously a leftover scrap of a piece of ham. Plenty of space all the way around the biscuit with ham in the middle.
I took a picture of the product I received.
I called the store on my way to Raleigh.
No answer! I left a voicemail. I never received a call back from the store.
In addition a week later I called the corporate number and left my callback information. No call back from corporate!
A locally owned restaurant that I have patronized for years. I have a issue and no response what so ever!
Biscuitville has made zero effort to make things right! If anything I’ll get that common response with a email contact. If I hear from BISCUITVILLE I’ll let you know!

Tried the Nashville hot chicken biscuit. Keep in mind they put some kind of mayo based sauce on the biscuit as well. Didn’t get the loaded on with the egg, but the heat was there. Sanitation score was on point with the 99.5 rating. Glad I tried it, but want thrilled with the biscuit for the price.

When I come to mebane I look forward to family and biscuitville and the fact that I wasn’t given a receipt with my order snd technology couldn’t find my order maybe something got lost i dont know but anger spending thousands of dollars over a lifetime on this place and they give me crap because over a damn sausage egg and cheese biscuit is shameful. I’ve spent atleast 50 dollars within the past week and im not okay with my sandwich being burnt the manager should have been like my apologies let make this right for you. I’ve never said ANYTNING bad about biscuitville until now just the customer service is rediculious when you think about the money that has been spent here. Absokutely rediculious yall messed up maybe the name or whatever and didnt give a receipt now im five bucks because of human error. I expect more from yall. Just shameful

Biscuitville Rocks! Sausage Egg and Cheese and a fried pork chop with grape jelly. There is no place like this in Northern VA. if there were, i would be 300 lbs. this place is a must try when you are traveling through the area. The best biscuits i have ever had in my life
