Disgusted by this massive hair I just found mixed into the toppings on my burger. I’m glad I saw it protruding from the sandwich before I actually took a bite. This is the one thing that will guarantee I’ll never eat at your establishment/restaurant ever again and I’ll make sure all my neighbors know as well! BRB gonna go puke.

Sorry to say but this is literally the worst Wendy’s ever. If you don’t get somebody rude at the window you get somebody that doesn’t know what they’re doing. A lot of the times the order is made wrong. It’s worth the travel to go to any other Wendy’s. Maybe the problem is a owner that hires incompetent management. Either way they should give it a thought. I’m willing to try them again even though they’ve had plenty of chances and give them a better rating in the future if they improve their service

We drove through and had a chicken apple pecan salad when we got home the salad was wilted and the chicken wasn’t chunks. It was more like pieces of shredded chicken and mushy. Not very happy with it. Normally, we like the salad.

I ordered two small chilies and a large soda. Got all the way home and both chilies the beans were hard. My dad even said that he’s was too his 90 so you want you might want to check your beans before you’re going to put them out to the people. Make sure your beans are cooked right because you can get somebody sick and then they can sue you for that. I ordered from the drive-thru. There wasnt nobody in line there. They said hold on about 10 minutes later they took my order. Didn’t even give me a receipt.

Just came from this place and as much as I love Wendy’s my order was horrible. All the food I bought looked old and tasted horrible. Also I ordered one of my burgers without mustard, onions, pickles or tomatoes and they gave it to me with all of those ingredients on it. My husband also said that was the worst Wendy’s he’s ever had. Oh and the worst part of all was what I found on my chicken wrap. Luckily I checked it before I bit it or I would have really gotten hurt. There was a piece of plastic that looked like the ones that hold the bread bags closed. See pictures. This was my worst experience ever and I will never go to that Wendy’s again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered a baconator meal and a six piece nugget. They made me pull around to wait for the nuggets and then when i got home to see my meal, this is the hamburger the gave me… it’s not a baconator. This is a son of a baconator. I spent nearly 16 dollars and this is what I got? Seriously?
