DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Received my order after what took 45 minutes for delivery. I tried contacting store which was another 30 minutes and counting still waiting to speak with someone. I received my order with roaches in and on the box. DONT EAT HERE!!!!!!t

When I come here the staff is usually wonderful however every time we order from here my sons cheesy Alfredo pasta gets messed up and this time not only did it get messed up once but twice. Once was chicken Alfredo and I had it remade and the second time it’s literally cheesy bread shoved in a bowl. I know yall can do better.

Last Saturday I went to buy from those facilities, which since I arrived super empty, without any diners, and we were attended by a very kind young man, I made my order and I started waiting with my 10-month-old baby and 10-year-old daughter, I accept that I was confused in my order and instead of asking for chicken, I asked for a chicken pizza, which I told the young man but I had no problems, I told him that I would make a new order for chicken and take the 2 pizzas, then left and another very spoiled young man left and told me what the Problem: I told him that I had made a mistake, that I wanted to order a chicken order, the young man came, I looked at the chicken pizza, I took it off and threw it in the garbage, and I just stayed with regret of the pizza and he told me I will make the refund and the chicken, and I just told my daughter to throw the pizza, I would take it and my daughter asking the same thing, and I told her I know that I was wrong, but I would take it and just make another chicken order, honestly I had never felt so bad to see how I throw the food and its attention. He even said because I asked him if he spoke Spanish and he told me that if my daughter and I explained it in English, but it was very ugly to see the action he took. and I asked for an alfredo paste for my baby according to me it would be something very good and it was super dry and chicken only like 4 pieces and the pasta very hard in reality did not eat it and until now I see alfredo pasta with pasta that is not espafueti or noodles

I had been looking forward to trying the Cheesy Bites Pizza + Ranch Lover’s Flight for a few weeks. My boyfriend ordered the deal for me from this Pizza Hut. The pizza tasted awful like it had been sitting out all day. The bites were so hard to chew. They also forgot my ranch flight. I thought it would be in the pizza box, so I didn’t ask before driving away. My whole experience with this Pizza Hut really crushed my spirits.

Literally mold is present on the ceiling in this place. That should tell you all that you need to know. While you shouldn’t expect much from a pizza hut as the food is absolute trash at all of them. This place has got to be one of the most depressing places to walk in to. The only place that I can think of that may look worse than this place is probably Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp. I kid you not walk in here look at the 20 year old carpet on the floor then look at the moldy cracked caving in ceiling and you will immediately no longer be hungry. I’d rather eat off an airport toilet than visit this place. Trying to comprehend how this restaurant has a 95 health score made me feel like I may have a seizure.

If I could only rate this without giving it one star. On Sunday I ordered 5 pizzas for a kid’s birthday party. When my sister arrived with the pizza, there were 7 pizzas instead. As I’m preparing to call and let them know they may have given us someone’s order I opened box after box of dried up pizza with missing cheese and sauce. Most of the pizza was not edible and we tossed at least half of it away. The cheese pizza was practically burnt! We had cupcakes instead of cake which meant there was no knife to separate the pizza since it was barely cut. We basically ended up having to tear slices in order to get the pizza separated. Out of 7 boxes of pizza (2 of which I did not pay for) we only had ALMOST 2 boxes that we could work with and 12 kids not including adults. What a disappointment to a group of kids and a waste of money!

Doors to lobby close by 7 IF they are even open before that who knows. Since covid, this place has went further than down hill. Gave them a chance and ordered. Picked up cold pizza, that were incorrect . Does this look like light sauce and extra cheese? Manager did apologize and give store credit, but come on.

I ordered online and waited until order was ready. I was 5 minutes away. When I arrived for pickup 5 cars were in line .I waited patiently for 20 minutes.needlless to say my pizza was cold and not very good. However the guy at the window was very polite and he probably couldn’t help the service. I feel like I wasted 13.00 on a cold pizza
