Very reasonably priced. Had a nice lawn chair with the wife. The staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the french fries with my patty melt. Pretty good onion rings. Big selection. Didn’t have to wait long at all. Restaurant was very clean kitchen looked very clean.

Good food for a good price. They make everything fresh and it is decent portion size. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of seating inside and outside. Dog friendly outside. A good place for families. Specify if you want your burger on a bun, they default to toasted bread, which is good but can be frustrating if you don’t realize it the first time. Food is worth the drive

Summer House is always a great restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is great. They have relatively short wait times and a variety of menu options. Their fries are super crunchy. The ice cream is delicious! They also have kid friendly options, including high chairs and a kids menu. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Nostalgic Indoor/Outdoor order at window and wait to hear your number. Everything is made to order, delivered promptly. My first visit. Family has been going there for many years. We had a veggie burger, clam strips, and curly fries. Outdoor picnic tables or lots of indoor tables. Everything was exactly as expected. Will definitely be back.

A nice road side diner. It does exactly what it says, the food is quick and a little greasy and the flavor is good.
The back has lots of room for kids to run and play and the inside has plenty of seats if you just want a quick fix.
Don’t come here with a vegetarian gluten free diet, but for the rest of us it is a great summer meal and very family friendly.

Nostalgic spot for fast casual American food. We wanted something quick before going to the country store down the street, and it was exactly what we were looking for. We weren’t overly blown away by the food, but it was good enough. Perfect for families.

Great local independent fast food and ice cream establishment. Soups, chili, wraps also on the menu. Easily accessible, ample parking, handicap and family friendly. Food is consistently good. Unique desserts like Strawberry Shortcake (seasonal). The locals love this place. Mainly staffed by high schoolers. Used to be only open in the summer decades ago. Is now a year round operating restaurant. I have visited the restaurant over the last forty years periodically. It is a fun local joint with good food.

I have crushed an insane amount of summer house in my time on this planet. Growing up in Southwick it’s a house hold name. The hot dog makes me go crazy. I could eat 5 in a row. I might hurt after but it’s totally worth it. I highly recommend the Summer house for any occasion.

First visit here. Not bad place to eat out with a family or friends. Good place for kids too. I order a Mushroom Burger Melt with a meal. My opinion, the mushroom wasn’t that good but the bread & burger is good and also the french fry. I’m sure there is other better menu to choose. The last things, the atmosphere in this place is country styles.
