2/18/26 went in for dinner and they were not so crowded. They had a large party of about 20 people and i got my order in before they did, so I didn’t have to wait so long for my dinner. The place was pretty clean as well as the men’s room. My food was hot and fresh. I ordered the Old Timers with cheese and fries. They play contemporary music while you wait. It was a bit loud for me but it was good to listen to.

I stopped in this Chili’s during a road trip last Thursday night. The food was the best I’ve had at a ️ Chili’s! The staff were efficient and friendly.
I asked to speak to a manager, even though I knew they were busy, I just HAD to sing praises on our server, Shelby. She was amazing and didn’t bother us more than necessary. She had our refills and everything before we could even ask!
The manager, Candace, was a doll! She was professional but also friendly. She seemed really familiar to me… Anyway, I can speak enough about how awesomely we were treated from door to dessert!
If you go in, say hi to Candace and ask for Shelby! Ah-freaking-mazing!!

We have lived in Laplace for 3 years and tried Chili’s for the first time tonight. We had a 10/10 experience. Incredible service, fantastic food that was hot and delicious, and the restaurant was very clean. It’s so nice to have a kid-friendly option close by. Never a problem! Food is out quick and it’s always hot! Staff is very friendly and always checking on you! Brooke has been my server for about 15 years and she is the absolute best! She knows exactly what I want without me saying a word! If you haven’t been in awhile, you need to go! And ask for Brooke! You won’t be disappointed!

My card were charged online and my order didn’t get received. I was sent a email at my pick up time telling me to place my order at the restaurant. I got there only to be told they didn’t have any ribs. I’m never ordering from your Laplace location ever again.

The service was horrible and it took nearly 2 hours from when we sat down to leave. The server was clearly stressed given too many large tables at once and they kept given him more tables after he asked for a hold. The kitchen was backed up which we were informed about. But half our food came out wrong and had to be sent back. The waiter was pleasant to us but had a few outbursts in the dining area that were unprofessional. Probably needed to be said to the front of house manager because he really needed help but in front of other custoners was unpleasant. I find all chili’s restaurants have poor service and are insanely slow but thought after years of not going there things may have changed.

Went tonight, was told they did not have ribs or chicken. Almost an hour later, the appetizer that they said wasn’t available was brought out. Looked cold, old, and disgusting. The replacement one was also getting ready to come out as well we were told when asked how much longer was the food. Told him we did not want it cause we ordered another. Then we see the table next to us get ribs that my husband was told they did not have. We left after that. This place is very disappointing and the service is even more horrendous. Never again!!! Laplace need better options than what we have. Went to La Carretas after leaving this place. Their service was excellent . And had live entertainment!!

Most pathetic chilis on this planet. Ordered my lunch for 12 hour night shift at work, went to pick it up a hour later on my way to work and they say there was a mix up and they have to remake it. So an hour went by and no one bothered to check if the order was done. Make it make sense. Now i have to starve for 12 hours. And refund takes 7-10 business days. Sad. Just sad.

The food wasn’t bad. The waitress was nice but at the same time didn’t do enough for us to even remember her name. And that says a lot seeing that we usually only forget our waitresses name when we are buzzed. Then the girl that was helping her bring the food to the table was just walking out sitting stuff down and not even listening to us when we tell her what belongs to who. The waitress told my wife that her order comes with fries and I got them. And even on my plate there was only a hand full so it was a little disappointing.

We came in on a Sunday and had the nicest server, Yaya. She really made going out pleasant again. She was so nice, friendly and is just great at her job. We had the Santa Fe Salad, chicken crisper, and egg rolls. Food was very tasty and the food runner/bus boy was very nice and friendly too.
