We ordered takeout for three people and were overcharged. I called the manager, Z, and he said, “Okay, next time you come, I’ll give you free toppings.” However, we live far from the store and rarely go to that area. Last Sunday we happened to pass by and wanted to stop in, but the restaurant was closed. Since it’s inconvenient for us to return, we decided to simply request a refund.
When I called manager Z again, the staff first lied and said he wasn’t there. After I mentioned that we could write a Google review, she immediately said, “He’s here.” Z then came to the phone and asked for the receipt. I gave him the receipt number, but he suddenly changed his story again and said, “I’m busy now, call me tomorrow.” I told him, “No, this only takes a minute,” but he kept making excuses to not refund my money. When I told him would write a review if he continued making it difficult, he said, “Okay, I’ll do it now.” A few minutes later he called back asking for a photo of the receipt. Then he called again saying, “My owner will call you”. – It’s obvious he was using every tactic to not do this simple $5 refund.
Later, the restaurant owner called me. He apologized at first, but when I told him that his manager Z was dishonest and refusing to refund us as promised, and that we were now requesting a full refund due to the bad experience and wasted time, he suddenly became rude and yelled, “Get your $5 or do whatever you want!” – You really don’t want to give your business to people like this. – The owner still has not refund our money!
Since he pushed us to this point and not refunded any money to us, we will file a formal complaint with the BBB and other authorities.
The restaurant is very small and crowded, and we’re not even sure it meets Sanitary Requirements since the meat is hanging then in open for so long time. Combined with the dishonest manager and rude owner, we do not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from this restaurant!

Unfortunately, this restaurant’s weak air conditioning couldn’t keep the heat out, and the interior was uncomfortably warm. Tables and chairs also felt sticky and weren’t well cleaned.
Our orders:
• Chicken Shawarma Wrap ($8.99)
My daughter’s wrap was a letdown—filled with small, burnt bits of chicken, wrapped in an overcooked, dry pita. The tomatoes and onions were cut far too thick, making it awkward and hard to chew.
• Lamb Kofta Wrap ($9.39)
My wife loves lamb and appreciated the tenderness of the meat, but the veggies completely overpowered it. The balance just wasn’t there, and she walked away disappointed.
• Side Chicken Kabob ($5.99)
My kabob was dry but nicely seasoned. Thankfully, they did provide their special sauce when I asked, which helped improve the flavor a bit.
Between the temperature inside, cleanliness issues, and inconsistent food quality, this visit didn’t live up to expectations. The food shows some promise, but the execution and atmosphere need work. Wouldn’t return unless changes are made.
