The good at this Applebee’s is consistently well-prepared and cooked to perfection. Unexpectedly, this is one of the best places to get a steak, over several steakhouses in the area. On this visit, I tried a grilled cheese burger served with fresh tomato soup with a side of Mac and cheese. The grilled cheeseburger was an adventure In likely won’t try again, but the tomato soup was fresh and delicious and the Mac and cheese was high level Mac n chi. Our server, Keneesha was down to earth, authentic and friendly and right in to of everything, bringing drinks and updating us about the status of our order. It was a perfect daddy-daughter date night. This level of consistent well made good and good service is very impressive in our town.

Treated my mom to a night out at this here Applebee’s, it was definitely the best choice! The price for everything was quite cheap in my opinion, but that doesn’t mean the food was bad! The food was amazing!! It was so good (and plentiful), my mom got so full that she couldn’t eat all of what she got! Lol

We were passing through the area and we were happy to see an Applebee’s since ours had closed years ago, and we rarely get to eat here now. Unfortunately, it was awful. After taking our order, our waiter never came to check on us again. He had mentioned being “slammed” (the restaurant was at about 25% capacity) so we did give him some grace for that. My patience ran out with the food though. My daughter’s food came, and it was a full 25 minutes – and she was fully finished- by the time my food came. We had been there for 1 hour at that point (and had ordered very quickly upon arrival). Still not one check-in from the waiter during that time either. Someone else had brought my daughter’s food, and when he finally brought my food, he didn’t mention a word about her drink cup that had been empty for a while.
The best part, though? After waiting all that time, the food was disgusting. I boxed mine up since my daughter was finished. By the way- this was a simple burger and fries. Not one speck of salt on the fries. Not one bit of seasoning on the burger, and it was so overwhelmingly greasy that it barely needed chewed.
It will be many years (again) before we’re ever tempted to stop at an Applebee’s again.

Ate the whole plate (pretty huge), so good! Chicken and shrimp and a little lump of mash potatoes with a glass of cold Chardonnay! What a treat.

What a terrible experience!! There was very obviously something wrong at the restaurant, the staff was making that very clear! They were complaining loudly amongst themselves like teenagers! There weren’t any clean dishes! When we asked our waitress for two small plates for our appetizer, she let us know that she would have to go clean them!! My husband and I both ordered a steak, well done! When they arrived, there was blood juice all over the plates and in our other food, in addition, the plates had food on the underneath of them, they were filthy! It took forever to get our original order and at least 30 additional minutes to receive the recooked steak! We watched a waitress come to the bar to make a drink and she grabbed the glass from the inside with her dirty hand before making and serving the drink! This place is beyond unsanitary. I understand things happen and am more than willing to have patience but this was a bit much! We tried to speak to our waitress and were told that “I recommend you calling this number on your receipt, they won’t listen to us, we have tried to tell them!”..we certainly won’t be back!

This is the worst Applebee’s we have been to. From the onion rings dripping brown grease to the cold Alfredo sauce, it was awful. The manager made it right but we ended up leaving and going elsewhere. We hope to see improvements so we can go back and enjoy our favorite dishes!

The only thing that was not good was the service. We had a server that just did not come back around to ask us for more drink refills or if we need anything else. There were a couple of other servers and they didn’t have any problem coming back around asking their people that they were waiting on and I just felt that our server could have done the same. For example I asked for a refill on my iced tea she said she would be right back around over 5 minutes later or so still no iced tea she came out of the back room carrying a dessert for another table. And I’m just kind of pointed to my iced tea cup and she said I’ll be right back with around so after some more time past. I mentioned something about her forgetting and she said no she didn’t forget but they were just so busy I looked around and they were not real busy there were tables that were empty she made the excuse that she was swamped but yet she was able to get the ice cream to the table after the fact that I asked her for the tea refill. So at the end of the meal I paid for the meal on the machine that they have at the table. And you could leave a tip there which I did not. I believe in tipping for good service and above this person did not give even good service. I myself have been in the industry of restaurants plus I am a licensed hairdresser. And if somebody did not give me a tip it was either they were not happy with my service or they just did not have the extra money to leave a tip which was fine. This person needs to work on their ability to do their job the best they could and I felt that they did not do that.

Great experience at Applebee’s today for Valentine’s Day. We walk in and they were giving all the lady’s a beautiful carnation. All the tables were covered with fine white clothes. Great experience all the way around.

me and my husband came in for dinner and had Ronda as our server and let me just say she was absolutely amazing, very polite and knew exactly what she was talking about and had no problem answering our questions, we will defiantly be back to see her!
