I love this because is not crowded so quick and easy at parking lot, they are super organized for bring yoir food quick as well. Everything is really good. Oh by the way .. they gave me my sundaee rewards for bkrthday month even without ask for it. See the picture.

Great place to bring your family. Nice kids menu. Gluten free options are available online. The staff is not allowed to tell you about allergy options, you’re responsible for reading them and ordering.
Clean restaurant. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Our waitress was nice (Sheila) she was attentive and polite.

Our experience last Saturday was perfect. The service, the food, the atmosphere. Everything. Mia was our server and she did a fantastic job. Polite, friendly and professional. Two different Managers came to my table to check on my son and I. That’s never happened to me before. Just outstanding. Thank you very much and keep up the great work.

Campfire sauce is maybe my favorite dippsauce ever. Can never go wrong here unlimited fries are fantastic. The whiskey river bbq sandwich was awesome. Kids loved their corn dogs and Mac and cheese. Staff was super friendly and helpful with the menu. Not very busy on a Monday night. Happy hour is 4-6 and some really good deals. Great spot to bring the family with lots of great options.

Came in for dinner on a Saturday while shopping in the area. Haven’t been to Red Robin in years but it was still as good as I remember. No wait for a table and service was good. Avo-Cobb-O salad was delicious and my husband enjoyed his burger and bottomless fries. Good choice in the area for families.

I went to Red Robin for my husbands birthday. We were seated right away. The restaurant was clean, people were nice, the food was good, like always. But, our server was not aware of what was going on. His badge said his name was Topher.
I ordered soup in addition to my entree. I could see the cooks/kitchen from where I sat. I saw my soup come out of the oven and be put on the counter to be taken out at the very same time my server went into the back and disappeared.
When he finally came out of the back he walked right past my soup and was strolling around. I had to stop him and remind him I wanted my soup before my entree. So he went and checked and brought me the soup that had been sitting on the counter.
Awhile later, no server in sight, our entrees were brought out by the manager, I think. I had to ask him for napkins and silverware because my server hadn’t bother to do that. We had to motion for the server when we needed drink refills. When he brought out our sundaes, he took our unused napkins and silverware. We were still eating, we needed our napkins!

It seemed like the syrup (carmel/chocolate) was put in the dish before the ice cream because it was all in the bottom and didn’t appear to be on the ice cream at all. Unfortunately, the spoons we were given didn’t fit in the bottom of the dish so we couldn’t mix it into the ice cream. Were we given the wrong spoons?

Last time when we were at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews in Novi food was excellent, this time our food just ok, they have great service even though they were so busy on Saturday, we will go back again on weekdays.

I took my daughter to lunch at the Red Robin in Commerce. We were seated by the hostess who was very nice. We were not given menus, or napkins, or silverware until we asked for them. The chicken tortilla soup was so watered down, and was totally void of chicken, it wasn’t worth eating since it was only the broth. It didn’t have any flavor at all. I had the waitress take it away. She didn’t even tell the manager or say anything to the GM and she didnt take it off our bill. When I requested to speak to the GM (Josh) he refused to come to our table and tossed a discount coupon at us to make us go away. I asked our waitress why we couldn’t have menus, napkins or silverware, and she said she was told not to give them out until after the drinks were served. I dont think I will be dining here anymore. It seems they don’t enjoy having customers.
