Tonight, I placed an order on the Five Guys website for delivery for two burgers, an order of fries and a milkshake. When the order arrived, I was missing the milkshake. I called the store and told them this and asked for a refund. The person I spoke to said that I called the wrong number because they don’t offer delivery. He then passed the phone to someone else. I spoke to multiple people, one person even arguing telling me it was impossible to have ordered delivery on the five guys website. He told me to call Door Dash or Uber Eats or “whoever I actually ordered from.” When I looked at my text confirmation, it looks like this location uses DoorDash for their delivery service. I contacted DoorDash and they told me to contact the restaurant and so the issue is unresolved. The food was really great, and I don’t mind missing an item as much as I mind the customer service at this location when I called.

This is our favorite “fast food” place in the area. Fresh, delicious, and the staff is great. We’ve been coming for 4+ years and some of the employees have been there the entire time. Always a good feeling to see the familiar faces/ be recognized as a customer. Gives you a small town feel.

We’ve been to several different Five Guys and normally don’t have an issue with the food. This particular time we ordered our food and when we got it there was an over abundance amount of salt on the fries and are veggie sandwich came with mushrooms when we didn’t ask for them.

I was looking forward to a Five Guys burger after they reopened post pandemic lockdown. The dining room is pretty empty now. Happily it was available. My burger arrived quickly for a cooked to order and it was exactly as I ordered. I can’t complain about that. My problem is for 1 cheeseburger and 1 20 oz bottle of coke for 11$ and change left me wanting something better like some Lomo Saltado at the local Peruvian restaurant. Unfortunately, this is business in pandemic times.

Ordered a burger bowl from here. Started to eat it and I was eating hair. Called to speak to a manager and wasn’t much help. Didn’t seem to care… I literally just ate someone’s nasty hair. This place needs to be shut down
