We stopped in at this burger king the only ones here and it took them 30 mins to fill an order of hamburgers and fries. It might have something to do with people sitting in the restaurant talking while only 2 people were working. Watched 2 people pull up thier pants and just talking instead of working from 4:04 pm to 4:35 pm and they still screwed up the order.

This is, BY FAR, the worst BK I’ve ever been too. One time I went there and it was dark outside and they hadn’t even turned the Big Burger King sign on. I almost didn’t go thru the drive thru because I wasn’t sure they were open. The grease in the fries, and even the breakfast potatoes, overpowered the taste. Tasted like they hadn’t changed out the oil in months. One time, a few months ago, I went and got the mozz sticks with my order and they were cold, dried out and inedible. I recently went in the morning and the croissanwich I got had a hard/dried out croissant that broke apart as I tried to eat it. I was there for over 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru as well. I kinda like BK on occasion and this one is nearby, and I kept thinking it was just a couple bad days for them. But now I think it’s just a bad store. Employees are slow and rarely friendly too. Skip this location.

Fairly new front desk young lady very nice and attentive. The manager was about getting order’s out. When I came to front she walked off. The black manager was asked about military discount she ignored the new cashiers. Most things were out of order kids could not play and were disappointed. Check your food before leaving.

Visited on 12/24 around 6:00 pm. They opened the drive-thru window without greeting us and seemed very rushed. Our order was incomplete, and they closed the window before checking. We had to knock on the window to get the missing items. Overall, not a great experience.

Went to the location in Durbin Crossing and had such a terrible experience I literally drove off. My son was crying in the back hungry I decide to try another one and im glad I did! Tina the general manger was nothing but amazing. She was so kind, sweet, and caring. I’ve never experienced someone at a fast food restaurant be so nice and respectable. They need more people like her! She’s amazing! Thanks again Tina!!

I live in Jax, but go to St. Augustine weekly. Otw out, we’ve made it a thing to stop by this location to grab a small, inexpensive bite. All the BKs in Jax + SOME in Orange Park and Yulee are TRASH (food and service (for Jax only on service – all locations)). This one at 2325 State Road 16, so far, has always had GREAT service. The food is always fresh tasting, HOT and quick. I don’t know if it’s like this all the time or just when we go, which is usually on Sunday’s between 2-3. I am picky, so I’ve been blessed to have wonderful experiences. Great job TEAM! Service at the drive thru is always awesome for us. Please don’t do anything crazy to ruin this for me

It was late and the lot was dark. Weren’t sure if they were open but saw a car in the drive thru so drove in. It was a bit of a wait to get the food but the employees were polite and professional and the food was outstanding and I don’t say that often about fast food or any food for that matter.

My recent visit to Burger King provided an experience that can be described as generally satisfactory, though with notable areas where improvements could elevate the overall customer experience. Upon entering the establishment, I found the interior to be clean and maintained to a reasonable standard, with seating arrangements that allowed for sufficient personal space. The decor, while not particularly modern or inviting, served its purpose as a casual dining environment suitable for a quick meal.
The ordering process at the counter was straightforward, aided by clear menu displays and digital ordering screens that help reduce wait times during peak hours. However, despite the efficiency of the system, the staff’s demeanor came across as somewhat indifferent; while not overtly unfriendly, the level of engagement and attentiveness did not exceed basic expectations for fast-food service.
Regarding the food itself, the burger I ordered met the anticipated standard for a quick-service restaurant chain. The patty was adequately cooked and the toppings fresh enough to be acceptable, although the temperature of the meal suggested that it had been prepared slightly in advance rather than freshly assembled to order. The fries were moderately warm and crisp, though lacking the robust seasoning that could make them stand out among competitors. Beverage options were standard for the chain and the self-serve station was stocked and tidy.
In summary, Burger King continues to deliver on its brand promise of providing familiar fast-food offerings at reasonable prices, making it a convenient option for individuals seeking a quick meal without particular expectations for exceptional culinary quality or personalized service. While neither disappointing nor outstanding, the overall experience reinforces Burger King’s position as a reliable, if unremarkable, choice in the crowded fast-food market.
