I’ve been in different mcdonald’s, but this mcdonald’s seriously overdid it, in their customer service is the worst and worst customer ever. I got enough drive through the guy that didn’t want to give me his name. But he’s a tall guy with a he has a beard. Was throwing the catch up out of the window? Literally throwing it on my hand and then I asked them for me napkins. And he almost threw the napkins inside my window on my car.
I just can’t believe they have people like that work in him. Drive through or at all and McDonald’s. But what can I expect from them? And it’s a drive through they can get away with it i told him two times to call his manager and he said that he was busy. And then the manager said that she was busy, and can’t talk to me right now very Unprofessional

This is a big McDonald’s and in deed its clean, plenty of parking and indoor tables. Is very well adapted on the inside with paying kiosks or stations. There coffe is good and like I like it its very hot. * which in my opinion is an A+. what I dislike about this place is because of the lack of good customer service and how warm you get your food. The entrance isn’t that hard but good luck getting out of there to drive back west on chapman. Last time I had a very bad experience on the drive thru for the rude attitude of the person getting my order, i felt that she was rushing me as I was ordering to many meals. So I decided to go inside this time instead.

I stopped by McDonald’s to grab a drink while I waited for my car to get washed across the street. I was excited to see if their customer service was as sparkling clean as my soon-to-be-washed ride. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to be having a worse day than a soggy fry left in the rain. I got a dirty look just for ordering a drink

Well, out of all MCs in the area, we prefer this one.
They have screens for kids and tables with screens and plays as well.
They bring the food faster than in other MCs.
Though aren’t nobody at the cashier’s as in the other stores but at list the screen kiosks are working.
Could be cleaner though

This McDonald’s at 4200 E Chapman Ave is a true gem and my son’s absolute favorite. It’s so rare to find a location in Southern California that has all the things we love, especially since COVID.
This spot is special because it still has:
A self-serve soda machine, which is a huge plus!
A fantastic play area for kids, complete with two tables with built-in screens and two wall-mounted touch screens to keep them entertained.
An unlocked restroom, which is incredibly convenient and a feature we’ve almost forgotten about.
On top of that, the staff here is always so friendly and welcoming. The fries are consistently hot, crispy, and fresh. This location is a go-to for our family, and I highly recommend it to anyone with kids in the area!

Always gets my order wrong and always has issues with using mobile app. They don’t have managers that can accommodate. They are pointless and not worth wasting your money on. Highly suggest a better McDonalds. Better yet, the In-n-Out right down the street on Chapman is way better. I went there after this debacle with zero issues.

I went through the drive through at 3:45 PM 5/2/25, and the service was awesome. The gentleman working the drive through was so pleasant and nice, and the line moved quicker than I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to leave this one because I was so impressed. I truly hope they pay their employees well, because they deserve it!! I would give 1000 stars if I could.
