First of all, they were not fully opened when I went cos I was visiting, so I’m grateful for the opportunity. The person who attended to me is from Cameroon and he was really nice! The meat was sooo good! I wish I had more than 4 piece of plantain lol The rice wasn’t soft to what I’m used to. The drink was good aswell. Overall, glad to have a taste of Naija while visiting NJ

The food was so so. I wanted chicken wings but they didn’t have any. So I got jollof rice and chicken.

We had a couple Tito’s & cran & Rum Punches – then shots but, they ran out of Tito’s.

When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and we sat at the bar. The place was dimly lit and comfortable. We were serviced by a nice bartender and she made our rum punch so good. For my meal I got the chicken jollof rice and it was so good and filling! The DJ came and we danced the night away. I had a good experience!

While the place is well decorated, this place has declined poorly from the quality of the food to terrible customer service. It’s best you dine instad of takeouts! This is $24 assorted meat pepper soup officially done with this place.

Extremely disappointing experience. I waited nearly 2 hours for my food, and there were only about six people in the entire restaurant — no excuse for such a long delay. The bartender was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration.

When the food finally arrived, the stew chicken was dry, hard, and barely had any meat on the bones. Not worth the wait at all.

Unfortunately, this visit left a bad taste in every way. The lack of customer service and poor food quality make it hard to recommend this place. Definitely won’t be returning.

I came with expectations and left with satisfaction. Low light chill comfortable ambiance. They have that “Lean back in your chair and kick it vibe”. Have to put this place on my “stop by anytime I’m close” list.

I came from NY to support a Nigerian restaurant. The waitress was the bartender and she was so sweet. We ordered Okra soup, ogbono soup and Edikakong soup with pounded yam. The presentation was good but the flavor was missing! Not even a drop of seasoning to be found. I took home and added some spinach a few Maggie cubes and a scotch bonnet and brought the soup to life.

I ordered spicy snails, fried yams, goat meat pepper soup and pounded yam and I received an entire stale meal!!! Can you imagine everything cost $90 and I was not able to eat it. I even called to see if it can resolved and they were absolutely rude. They deserve zero stars and they just need to sell liquor.

The food was terrible. From the egusi, to the plantain, and even the rice. Literally everything tasted bad. The only thing that was nice was the drink and the music. The place definitely declined from when I came years ago.
