I went and got buckeye and they gave me the fudgiest part of the ice cream and they had to wipe the fudge off the sides of the pint. It was so glorious. Thank you for the experience.

I love handels so much, and was so excited for ice cream tonight. I got pumpkin cheesecake, a pint of the vanilla caramel brownie, and a pint of the chocolate cake batter. The worker was very friendly, and I appreciate the staff. However, there was a customer who very rudely interrupted my personal space and the workers by coming close to my order window and urgently (quite loudly) asking if a flavor could be changed. I was just kind of shocked lol, but some people lack self awareness and I guess that’s okay. If it was that big of a deal she should have knocked on her order window and requested the flavor be changed as I was mid order for my second pint after reconsidering. Again, ice cream is great, workers are friendly, clearly the local customers just need some more self awareness. Other than that, my favorite ice cream spot!

I don’t think you can ever go wrong with Handel’s! Chocolate Pecan will always be a top for me, but these are also fantastic – coffee chocolate chip, knot your average dough, spouse like a house, vanilla turtle, cotton candy, lemon bar, monkey business.. The list goes on!

Most unprofessional worker taking orders there. The employee, Kenzie? Decided it was more important to harass a customer and her BF trying order by pretending she couldn’t hear her, making her repeat herself as well as her bf while laughing through it all. Just to embarrass them. I called to talk to a manager or franchise owner, I spoke to a Journey? I did not receive a call back from any manger. However, I was told they get complaints about this individual and that they would talk with her. I’m sorry that is the problem. She does NOT need to be working with the public if she doesn’t know how to behave let alone be professional. They went there for a nice time and because she thinks she knows about a situation she decides to harass them and completely ruin a strangers nice time.

Extremely good icecream and fast service! They work through the lines quickly, so don’t be deterred because of a crowd. Only problem is there’s not really seating to eat there, but it’s darn worth it anyway
