We had a wonderful lunch at POP-EEZ. This small BBQ spot is homey and the staff is so friendly. The chicken sliders were great and brisket was delicious. They make their own hot sauce which you can purchase there as well. My favorite part was the Old Glory, strawberry shortcake but with cornbread. It was awesome!

An amazing brisket especially with their hot sauce and Cole slaw inside. Got to meet the owner Justin who’s a stand up guy. Great story and I wish him the best, the hot sauce is amazing not too spicy. Championne, is a super chill rooster too.

I cannot remember The last time I enjoyed BBQ this much (north of the Mason Dixon Line)
The brisket dog was amazing! The family BBQ sauce handed down thru generations has a zip I cannot place but it’s full tilt Texas BBQ. Haven’t tasted it like that since I lived down there 20+ years ago! My 10 gallon hat is off to you

Well worth the drive off the beaten path! Brisket was tender and delicious, corn bread amazing, hot sauce was just enough heat for added flavor.

And the staff is delightful, friendly and kind!

Stopped in for lunch and decided to try the Trilogy. All around fantastic, but my favorite were the ribs. Ribs are typically hit or miss for me at most spots, but these were some of the best I’ve ever had. Super friendly staff and great family friendly vibes with killer views.
